Good Service

Very disappointed bought a deddy bear u send me a used one dirty no tags bag ripped I email u and u tell me u can't send replacement I have to take it bk to hmv so had to take morning of to sort out a problem that should never happen do they compansat no they dnt

Hi, we're sorry to hear that you received an item in poor condition without its tag. While our warehouse team all carry out stringent quality control checks, it appears as though an error slipped through on this occasion.
As discussed in our email correspondences, regretfully we are unable to re-dispatch or replace orders, apologies for any inconvenience. We advised you to either return this for a refund so that you may choose to re-order, or exchange it in a hmv/FOPP store for the same item or a different one. We hope that this has now been resolved.
