Collected my CD from Wakefield trinity shop, it was well packaged and I didn't have to wait long for my order to arrive. Will definitely order again from hmv next time.

a great and useful service
it was well except that i work up early to get it early as i was moving the next day and still needed to pack .but it was okay. the man/woman have told me politely wht the issue was and i came the same day at a different time and got it . i am saristfy with my purchase

Super service!
I visited the HMV Wakefield store and place a click and collect order for a vinyl. Staff on collection were again really friendly and helpful and made sure I got the correct order, love this shop thanks again!

Quick, no-fuss help
I bought the wrong thing - entirely my fault. I took the item back to a different store, and there was no fuss at all sorting a replacement. Polite, helpful and friendly.
