The package came in good conditions, although the website states that they “hope to process and dispatch orders within 24 hours” and mine was dispatched about 3-4 days after my purchase, but I must admit HMV is a really amazing shop with high quality products!

Star Trek SNW Season 2 Blu Ray
Did not have Star Trek Strange New Worlds Season 2 Blu-ray in store, so the HMV staff employee ordered this for me to pickup in-store. Arrived quickly within a couple of days to pick up. Very happy with the customer service!

Very poor service
I ordered a record on 12th Dec to give my son for Christmas. It never turned up. I phoned the store in Watford and the number was out of order. Would have ordered it online but the store promised me I'd have it before Christmas! Will order from Amazon next time.

I had friendly helpful service in store and ordered a dvd that my wife had been searching for for ages.
It came within 4 days which I was notified by email and I collected it from store when I was able to 3 days later .
Very pleased with the fast professional service , thankyou.

I twas a cased of Help the Aged !
It was a good experience because the girl who served me, Jo, was extremely patient and understanding with me (I am nearly eighty) and I required 3 Vinyls for my grandson. This was a somewhat retro step for me as I collected what were known as LP's in the sixties !
