Thank you so much HMV Westfield Shepard's Bush for helping to make my niece's visit so special! She had come from Southampton that day to see Dcemeber 10. She is unable to move, uses a wheelchair, ventilator and has nurses/equipment to keep her safe. She was so happy with how it went! The security and staff were so accomodating and were ready to help and guide us through the store and see the band with no issues. It honestly made her year! Thank you so much!

Support physical media outlets!
First and foremost, I love that HMV and Fopp still exist and it’s important for places like this to exist on our high streets.
I do sometimes think the individual pricing feels a little inflated to encourage multi buys but the deals do bring things down to a reasonable amount

HMV are always great at getting your product to you and always in great condition, where many other companies fail in packaging your item properly.

Would have given 5 stars except collection information on website is out of date and inaccurate. A map of where the store is in relation to transport (tube/bus) would help; with some mobility issues distance really helps.
In-store (which took ages to locate), the service and store was brilliant.

My day out at HMV
Everytime I go to HMV, I receive a fantastic experience. Whatever I’m into whether it’s music or films the staff are always on hand to recommend the best buys. I always leave feeling satisfied.

The poster came bent even though it…
The poster came bent even though it came in a cardboard package- someone must have folded it along the way, so the tube for packaging would definitely be better. Now there's a visible/white line across the middle of the poster..

Excellent service. Staff were so helpful. The film I wanted was very old and they made an effort to find it. It had to be ordered online and it was received within a few days.
