Two young female assistants …
Two young female assistants behind counter today, one was dealing with an elderly man and one was dealing with my enquiry. She found what I wanted on the computer and ordered it. She was friendly and efficient, gave me all relevant information about the item coming into store for me to collect. Received it within a few days— excellent service.Thank you HMV.

I was looking for an album for my grandson, it wasn’t in store but the very helpful assistant ordered it for me which I was then able to collect from the Wigan store after a few days.

Excellent customer service
The ring and reserve service was really quick and helpful. Staff both on the phone and in store were great, it's really nice to still find a retailer with such excellent (human!) customer service, highly recommend.

Got the service I’d expected from such a well known company. Shouldn’t have to say ‘well done’ but as we tend to get rubbish service from so many ‘high street’ stores it’s a welcome change to get very good service. Thank you.
