Our new home is the second home we have rented through Hobbs Parker and they are always kind, courteous and highly professional yet with a personal touch and a willingness to go the extra mile.
We are so happy with the experience we have had on both occasions and would thoroughly recommend them for a hassle free renting experience.

Hobbs Parker, and Toby in particular, were a pleasure to work with throughout the process of selling our property. Very professional and helpful.

After renting a property for over 7 years, we were hit with a 17% rent increase, and in light of the large increase asked if it could be reviewed in light of issues like worn decor, carpeting, and damp. We also asked for our exact email to be forwarded to the landlord so our words didn't get misrepresented. Instead of receiving the expected verbal engagement, we received a Section 21 notice. Since moving out, we have discovered the landlord had no knowledge of the situation, our emails weren’t passed on, and, it transpires the agent, Moya at Hobbs, had herself instigated the rent review with the landlord, then telling him we’d refused to pay when we asked for a review. Tenants aren’t considered here, and landlords should be wary too - you could lose good tenants for the sake of this firm taking over and making decisions for you.

The team at Hobbs Parker were supportive throughout the entire house selling process, keeping us up to date at all times and booking in a good number of viewings considering the current tricky state of the market. Excellent photos made the social media posts truly eye catching. Even when solicitors made it feel as if we were never going to get there, the team worked hard to pull it all together. However, it was when problems emerged with my sale that the team were outstanding. They have communicated efficiently at every point, and advertised our property in a way that got a number of views booked in fast despite the slow moving market at the time.

It was only a few weeks from the property listing with Hobbs Parker before we accepted an offer, and then the estate agent helped ensure that we were kept up to date with progress. Their efficiency in communication kept both parties in the transaction aware of the progress being made, which allowed a completion time in well under 2 months from accepting the offer.
