So just received an Arris x220 that i ordered from rc wing and let me tell you how happy and excited i am about thos product and the service from this site.The shipping was fast about 6 days from my order.They lmk every step in process about my order.And even after i got the x220 they were right ther for any questions i had.The remote was already bond and configure.The battery was charged for storage.The package was very nicely done sono damage would happen in transit.And my x220 is FAST!!!I am so very impressed with this productand the service i got from R.C.Wing.com.And anything related to drones i will definitely be ordering from them again

I had recently purchased the xerun xr10 SCT ESC. Had a couple questions concerning performance problems which, after calling hobbywing, ended up being shotty soldering on my part...So I called the tech support line. Charlie, the head Tech Guy for hobbywing, answered. He was actually in the middle of axial Fest. Which is the biggest crawler event in the world. He actually answered his phone from an unknown number to answer Tech questions. Amazing. Thanks Charlie.

Ok Update! I just ordered some more things on 5/14/19 and it will be here 5/21/19 I've seem to have no problems with my orders! Just got into the fpv quad flying and know I will be needing parts, I will continue ordering from Hobby Wing... Service seems great and I've had no problems. 🤙🏾

I ORDERED THE 280 GPS EXPLORER WiTH THE QX7. I played 57.00 first faster shipping and not only did it take a week (which is better than most 2 month waits from china), but they said it was to be signed for, and the person didnt even knock the door and left it. Luckily I was here and happened to look outside. I get the package and I am very impressed with everything. When I fire it up, the throttle makes it vibrate uncontrollably because the legs are to long and thin from the big props so I added 4 carbon legs to it and it was awesome ! The best of both worlds and faster than most of my racers ! Mind you they said that they would send a CD on how to start it up and nothing. The horizon from angle was super slow. Anyway, I got a bigger 4s than I had and got triple props and flew it the following day and it was amazing ! The next day I took it and the minute I gave it throttle, it went up and left and I tried to fight it for a minute then tried to disarm and it just went up so high the goggles stopped working and it was gone.
Heartbroken I chatted with them as they can be reach usually on chat after 8 Pacific definitely around 1am Pacific.after many questions I told them I wanted them t ok replace it for free, well they said they would send me a bnf version for half price. As I was screwed here I played another 110 on top of the 355.00 I already paid. They couldn't get it to me if I wanted them to set it like the one I got that went with the qx7 until after Chinese new years (10 days) . So I got it 17 days later and it was basically a bind and fly with nothing special and no directions. After days of chatting I got them to send me a link which was semi helpful. If that. Oh this one was supposed to be tested but had the same design flaw of extra vibration on throttle. So I added more carbon legs to it for support and flew it for about ten minutes with my friend . The next day I took it to my spot. Turned on the qx7 and turned on the quad in my car and got my goggles ready when 30 seconds later it exploded and caught in fire. I was shocked but glad it didnt happen in flight. As it turns out there was a short from poor building on the stack which in turn caused an esc To blow l. So after back and forth days later I paid to ship it back, yes I paid. Days later the tracking said it was delivered. First Gao said that he was giving it to a tech to test. The same one that sold me these 2 peices of , then days later he said he sent out to USA to get an esc put on. When I first told him of g by e problem he asked if I knew how to solder as he would send me an esc. I explained that the esc was a symptom of the problem from the stack and still he went on with the esc ! You would think he wouldn't want to send me the same one in fact I would expect alot more at this point.like a new 280 explorer and a w80 racer for my troubles of a 250gps along with the 280 explorer after all this. Still waiting. I told him that this was absolutely an outrage and he said to please be patient. Now I am afraid to fly these. I am lucky that I was scanning on my goggles(which I didnt get from them) or I wouldn't even be able to send it back. Companies like these should not be aloud to do trade here. Unfortunately not much isn't Chinese and God government sold us out for his own gain and doesn't care that we get horrible products. I won't get started but this company is a great example. By the way I had the same experience with Hubsan early on and that is as neither company you don't want to deal with. I have several drones I fly daily. These companies are substandard and don't care about what they make and we can't go to them in person. Right now I am out almost 500 and nothing to show for it with a promise of more garbage and problems on the way. A true disappointment and a mistake after I wanted these so long and they looked so nice. Well I am going go the department of consumer affairs next.And I won't stop there. I have plenty of time to spend speading the truth so others don't have this happen.
Save yourself and pass on this company.and their products !

I ordered a arris 250 and Fatshark set for 599.00 and only received the drone. I looked at the shipping order and it said that I was supposed to receive 1 box which I did with only the drone in it, no goggles. I emailed them about the situation and they sent me a email saying that they are on vacation for the next 3 days. Today I got the drone as scheduled but I don’t know if the goggles are shipped separate. I’ll wait a day or 2 to see if they were shipped separate but on the tracking it said only 1 box. I don’t know if they are playing me out of my money or what but as of now I’m extremely unhappy because I paid them in full plus 57.00 for faster shipping and I only received the drone.

I have tekno EB48. Power by hobbywing xr8 and matching motor. Purchased in Sept and put on the track Nov 9 2017. RAN the car til January 23 and the esc (xr8plus) quit working. Tired to get a hold hobbywing for warrenty, no Answer just message saying send us and email and we will get Back to you in 7 to 10 days. Can't believe that this is there service response. They did get back to me with an option of sending it in for full warranty or an 89$ exchange there warranty stated that if you had crashed, used braking and other thing that happens if you are going to use your car as it should be there would be no coverage. I took the exchange program just to get back on the track but very upset. They send me the exchange unit but replaced my xr8 PLUS with an xr8sct which is a smaller unit. Called them again and no answer just an recording, send us an email.
Asked the company I purchased it form for help, they did what they could, but all warranty has to go through the hobbywing.They sent a email and still no response. We have quite a few members at our Park here that run tekno car. I'm the only one ranning hobbywing, most of the guys run Tekin and have good luck. I DO NOT recommend hobbywing for the serious racer.

Ordered two drones, fpv goggles, transmitter, and extra blades. First they didnt have the mini i wanted.
Talked in to a cheaper yet available one. Recieve email that all products have been shipped dhl. Two days later i recieve full refund along with multiple emails asking for the money back immediately. Pay pal can take four days to refund. Same day i receive refund i also get a small box from dhl after they tried to return it to china. Only props. Now im worried they were scaming as they continued to email for the money they then supplied me with a brand new ups tracking number. The stress was horrible. They gave me a 5% off cupon. I woild have prefered a free mini drone or a battery. It didnt feel adequate to the situation. (I did gove back the money out of good faith)

I bought an FPV goggles at the begining of july and when received they didnt work. I was asking for the return address for one month, and after several excuses they gave it to me. I returned back the order on 19th August and today, 18th november, I am still waiting for refound. I have wrote them several times but got no answer. Shameful

I have orderer spare parts for my Hubsan H107 multiple times from Hobby Wing.
And i can only say that they are by far the cheapest i have found.
The orders are delivered in a resonable timespan (considering the shipping cost), and the packages are securely packaged.

I just make the orders small enough that the Danish tax service doesn't care (under 80DKK).
