DHL Delivery Disaster
Ordered on a Monday for delivery on a Friday for a gathering on the Saturday. Finally delivered the next Tuesday.
DHL mucked it up but £80 of purchase that was wasted.

Brilliant beer as usual
Brilliant beer as usual. But 2 cases of beer then put in one box is surely over the weight most people are supposed to lift. The delivery driver left them on the front drive (not my preference, a shed around the back)
So my wife had to try and drag it through a gate out of sight. Luckily it wasn't raining

We do tend to pack 2 cases of beer into one box, however if you'd prefer to have each case in its own box to avoid a heavy package, simply leave a note about this in the order notes at checkout and we will dispatch the parcel appropriately. I also apologise that DHL failed to leave the parcel in your requested safe place. I am pleased to know that you were pleased with the beer itself and thank you again for the feedback. Better than all the rest for real ale in a bottle .
Just being able to choose my own choice from the comprehensive and different, but always good beers.
This brewery goes beyond others with their care for their customers.
Hope perhaps they might have some more brews for 2023 for me to try and enjoy.
