Waren mal wieder im Park und sind vom Umbau sehr positiv überrascht.

Der neue Wicki Bereich ist super - tolle Attraktionen!

Auch das Update vom Schloss zu dem Schlümpfen Themenbereich ist Klasse!.

Auch der Rest des Parks hat sich gemausert... ein kleiner Wasserparkbereich (der aber noch ausgebaut wird!!) ergänzt den Park sehr sinnhaft und bringt Spaß für groß und klein.

Toll auch das er preislich absolut angemessen ist und nicht extrem ewige Laufwege hat, wie die sehr sehr großen Parks, wo man gar nicht alles schafft aber doppelt soviel überall bezahlt!.

NEW BEACH HOLIDAY PARK – HYTHE: We have been to this holiday park a few times and it is always excellent value for money and perfect in every way. The Reception staff - Charlotte, Jo and Emma are always so welcoming, helpful and friendly, and the accommodation (caravan) was just PERFECT in every way. We must not forget Lisa in the shop who was again so welcoming and friendly. We got on with all the reception staff and Lisa so well and they also gave our little white Shih Tzu so much friendly attention so thank you very much to all the staff. The location of our caravan was perfect - quiet with lots oif lovely lawns for our little dog. The facilities inside the caravan were excellent and it was very clean indeed. The tall fridge freezer was so welcome. The bedding was spotless. The shower was brilliant, the oven and central heating were easy to use, and the lined curtains were brand new and on lovely robust chrome curtain rails. Tarmac parking right next to the caravan door. The holiday was PERFECT in every way and we enjoyed ourselves very much indeed. So a BIG thank you to ALL the staff and Park Holidays.

I am absolutely appalled by our experience at Harts Holiday Park. My niece was bitten by a dog on the premises, and when we tried to get help, the reception man screamed at us instead of offering any support. This was not only unprofessional but downright shocking.
They refused to move the family of the dog from the site although we felt threatened and worried for our safety and we made that very clear. My poor five year old niece was in agony and mentally scarred from this. The manager told us she was the highest member of the park and we couldn’t speak to anyone else…..never known anything like this.

To make matters worse, the accommodation was filthy—dirty beds, broken heating, and an overall lack of cleanliness. We were paying for a service that was far from what was promised. On top of all that, the staff were rude and unhelpful. Despite the fact that my niece was injured on their site, they refused to assist us in any way.

This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your holiday. We certainly won't be returning.

Riverside Lodge , Wooler , Northumberland
Even though the Company advertise wi-fi & internet there wasn’t any working - couldn’t use phones or Firestick to stream a movie , no DVD player either - not much help from maintenance or Reception who asked me to ring the internet supplier , instead of sorting it out themselves .
Lodge needs a major up-date , decking is very dirty & kitchen tops were split & “ lifting “ in places , side windows were very dirty , shower in main bathroom wouldn’t set to satisfactory temperature, it was either scalding hot or cold , no privacy in bedrooms from outside , blinds on the windows are needed .
We paid £931 for a 3 night stay which wasn’t worth the money considering the points already stated & we’ll not be returning again , very disappointing as we’ve stayed in many holiday parks over many years , park is great but lodge & facilities are poor , with little or no help from staff .

Trotz Osterferien war es an diesem Tag relativ leer im Park. Wir mussten, außer am Donnerfluss und Wickies Bootsfahrt (10 Min.), nirgends anstehen und konnten direkt reinlaufen. Sehr angenehm.
Leider stand das Karussell nicht mehr, die Schlumpfattraktion war noch nicht fertig und einige andere liebgewonnene Fahrgeschäfte der letzten Jahre waren verschwunden.
Sehr schade. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zackig durch den Park durch.
Schade dass es keine Shows mehr gibt (außer die Tanzauftritte von Maja) oder etwas gemütliches wie die Bootsfahrt durchs Tabalugaland.
Wir hatten zum Glück noch ein paar vergünstigte Tickets Zuhause, sodass wir zu viert etwas über 100€ für den Eintritt bezahlt haben. Das war ok. Regulär 160€ oder mehr wäre mir der Park im Moment nicht wert.
Es scheinen im Moment noch ein paar Geschäfte in Planung zu sein, vielleicht kommen wir dann nochmal wieder. Ansonsten bevorzugen wir doch die größeren Parks, wo einem für etwas mehr Eintritt aber viel mehr geboten wird.
