Holloways have been excellent. All of the staff we dealt with were extremely helpful and not in the least pushy which can sometimes be a problem . We have been delighted with the conservatory furniture and with the service from Holloway.

Had bought conservatory furniture 20+ years ago from Holloway’s which we are still using today still fashionable and fantastic quality, so it was a no brainier to try them again for a sofa. On arrival the staff were very helpful and we soon found the right sofa for us. The restuarant was a great place for my husband to wait while I sorted it the details. The delivery went smoothly and again the staff were very helpful . We couldn’t be happier with our purchase.

Having been round many sofa shops we were told to visit Holloways by a family member and were really impressed how much stock they had, how many we liked and also believe they price reasonably. We are really happy with the quality of our sofa which looks fantastic, and the level of service received. We live on a tricky road and the delivery team did an excellent job of getting it in without annoying the neighbours!

Very good product, plenty of choice and excellent salesmanship, plenty of information, patience while selections made, and not the least bit pushy. Could have done better!

For many years I have purchased garden antiques, unseen save on the internet, from Holloways and have found their service to be invariably excellent. Items have always been accurately described and have always arrived promptly and , importantly, as described. This firm is a pleasure to deal with.

A lot of time and patience was given in order to help me choose my sofa. Although I wasn’t expecting it until after Christmas I was contacted to say it was available before. It arrived on the correct day, at the time given. An absolutely beautiful, high quality sofa which I love and goes beyond my expectations.

Very pleased with our recent louvered pergola purchase from Holloways and the excellent service provided by Jo Blackwell.
The standard pergolas would not fit under our roof line so Jo requested all the relevant information from us and they were able to provide a solution to adjust the height of the pergola for a perfect fit. The installers from Celtic Designs were polite, fast and efficient, leaving no mess.
One point to note however, if you purchase a pergolas of this type, is to open the louvres slowly after rain to allow the water to drain in to the gutters.
The see through side panels work well for sun and wind protection.
Overall really happy with this product and the service received.

Very pleased with my purchase of garden furniture. Visited the showroom and placed an order. Had a phone call from Neil a couple of days later to agree a delivery date and time slot. The furniture was delivered, unpacked and assembled by two lads who also took all the packaging away. Great service, thanks.

Extremely helpful and attentive service from Sarah when choosing and ordering living room furniture pre-Christmas 2024. Our British-made furniture was delivered without fuss in mid-Feb by two delightful delivery men. We are first-time buyers at Holloways and it's been a friendly, smooth and efficient process.

Having spoken to Annie about renovation of my cane furniture originally.purchased possibly 30 years ago, she confirmed that the manufacturer still worked for Holloways. Things quickly got under way with fabric samples being sent.and chosen. Two delightful young men collected and subsequently delivered the furniture and I am delighted with the result. Thank you Holloways, and especially Annie and the boys - an excellent service.

From the moment I sent a general email enquiring about the conservatory furniture I was impressed with Holloways. Jo was very helpful and efficient with her responses, so much so we decided to travel from North Yorkshire to visit the showroom so we could see the furniture for ourselves! It was made worthwhile by the excellent range and display of furniture, Annie was very helpful too in Jo’s absence and we also got to enjoy a delicious lunch in the cafe. We didn’t have long to wait for our furniture to be delivered once it was ordered and it was great that the guys that delivered it are from the company too…….what a great service you offer. We are sooooooo pleased with our Kew Furniture and would definitely recommend Holloways. I’m just sad that it is such a long way from us otherwise I would definitely be visiting again. Always enjoy visiting your business be it for coffee, lunch etc. You have quality products and always seem to find what I am after. The staff are very polite and helpful. The delivery 'boys' were really nice 'lads' and placed the items exactly where I wanted them. All round you have a business I am happy to deal with.

Holloways have been absolutely first class in every way, from the helpful staff when buying my sofa to the delivery men putting it into position in my house. I bought my furniture about 10 months ago but due to delays in building work it has only just been delivered. Holloways stored it for free and nothing was too much trouble. I am absolutely thrilled with the quality and comfort of the sofa and chair and the fact that it was very favourably priced compared to other well known sofa companies. I wanted to furnish our garden room from scratch.
Having listened to my brief, Jo Blackwell designed a layout for me, zoning the areas etc. She was spot on.
As we are in North Yorkshire, I took a risk not trying the furniture for comfort but needn’t have worried.
The furniture arrived before Christmas and I couldn’t be happier. Luckily Holloways is located far from me, otherwise my bank balance would suffer!

Superb service from purchasing right through to delivery. Sarah was most helpful in helping us when we were choosing what we wanted. Then a phone call to arrange a date for delivery. The two lads who delivered the two sofas were only too willing to move our old furniture outside ready to be collected later. All in all a first class service. Highly recommend them.
