I've used them for years - very good.
I have used this company for years now. Deliveries are always quick - often the very next day - and the goods are well packaged so I have never had to complain about damage. Only on very rare occasions (e.g. the height of the first lockdown) have they been out of stock, and then not for very long.

Thanks for getting in touch. After checking your order I can see that you ordered a Winebuddy starter kit, which comes with a sanitiser. The sanitiser (silver pack that says Brew Safe) should be in the plastic pack of components. If not please email us and let us know and we'll send a replacement.

Great products, fast delivery, helpful people
I have had the pleasure of dealing with Home Brew Online for several years and have always found them to be most helpful and efficient. I am constantly amazed at their delivery times, often within 24 hours of my placing an order - even to the north-east of Scotland.
Needless to say, their products are first class. They offer a wide range of different beer types with corresponding price tags. Whatever price I choose to pay, the beer is of great quality.
I thoroughly recommend them!!!

My first order was packaged very well…
My first order was packaged very well and quick dispatch.. I was using another on line shop for beer kits etc but two out of three orders i placed were not delivered because they were damaged.. So im well pleased with HBO and will be ordering again soon

Great Customer Service !!
One of my orders went missing, lost in a "DPD cloud" somewhere. Contacted Sales @ homebrew online, they apologised and immediately dispatched a replacement order which arrived next day, no fuss. Wow. How companies behave when things go wrong is the real differentiator for me, 5 stars well deserved !!

Also 5 stars for DPD , who delivered exactly when they said they would , which hasn't been our experience with Hermes sadly - 2 out of 3 deliveries being " lost " .

Absolutely overjoyed with my service…
Absolutely overjoyed with my service from Home Brew Online. I wanted to place an order for a starter kit for my sister's birthday, but as I had already gone beyond my budget I could only use the free shipping option which did state that it may not arrive in time. However, having emailed about the delivery and getting a very prompt response, I placed the order.
The order was despatched the very same day, and the delivery arrived the day after. Home Brew Online really did go above and beyond and I will definitely be purchasing more from them in the future.

I saw a listing on ebay by this…Incorrect listing of goods
I saw a listing on ebay by this company, offering Coopers English bitter, 2 X 40 pint beer making kits for £18.95. I thought this is a good deal and ordered it, when it arrived, there was only one kit. I emailed the company and was told they never sold these kits in twos. I emailed them again, including a screenshot of the posting. They said it was a mistake and blamed ebay for the error. (Ebay said the sellers put up their own postings). I replied saying, you put the offer up and I accepted this and paid you the money, so you should send me the goods I ordered. That was our contract! They refused to send me another kit and said I should contact ebay. I think this is all very shabby and I wonder how many other people had ordered the 2 kit offer and only received 1. I would have thought it was good customer relations to have said "it was our mistake and we will send you another as a goodwill gesture"! Wouldn't trust this company again, I feel like I got scammed!

Thanks for your review of the eBay website and we are sorry to hear you experienced some confusion whilst shopping on their site, here are the facts of what happened with this case:
This issue was discussed via email with the buyer where we explained that this was an error caused by eBay on one of their catalogue listings which is similar to a marketplace listing on Amazon. This means there is a main advertising page found on a general internet search with multiple sellers on it, and when you click through to see further details and buy an item you are then taken through to see the various specific sellers listing. In our case the listing you bought from has the following title:
'Coopers Beer Lager Making Kits Make Home Brew Refill Ingredients Kit Brewing NEW'
Nowhere on our eBay listing which this item was purchased from does it mention 2 tins, the 2 x 40 pint beer kit title was on the generic advert for eBay catalogue listings and had absolutely nothing to do with us or the actual item subsequently purchased. We did not create this generic catalogue advert and had no control over it. We have since contacted eBay to notify them of the issue with their generic catalogue advert and remove us from it because of the confusion they had caused. eBay responded to us to let us know that they had altered the title. Here is their reply copied and pasted:
'Hello Lisa,
Thank you for contacting us with your inquiry.
We would like to inform you that product reviews & ratings help create a more engaging experience on eBay and drive buyer trust and confidence by providing relevant unbiased information.
Additionally we corrected the product's title. Please refer to the link below for more information:

In addition to this the buyer opened a case with eBay which was closed and ruled in our favour by them because eBay recognise the internet advert error was not in any way related to us or our listing. As with any issue or item received not quite as expected, the customer is always more than welcome to use the free eBay returns process to return the item to us for a full no quibble refund, however we cannot be made responsible for an error that was not caused by us. In order to resolve this specific issue the buyer needs to get in touch with eBay instead of leaving a negative review for the incorrect company.
