Kris did a pre completion inspection on my new build home and did a fantastic, thorough and professional job. He spent a large amount of time inspecting the property both inside and outside and found snags that I would have had no idea to look for. Kris sent the report the next day and it was very detailed and easy to understand. Thank you Kris!

Best decision I've ever made. Kris did a fantastic Job. Friendly and professional. First, he managed to squeeze us in on very short notice. Then gave us a great deal and did a very thorough job. Kris found things I'd never have found and even found some serious issues that needed attention immediately. Again, we'd never have found these issues. I'd highly recommend Kris. He's the guy to get the job done properly and give you peace of mind. Worth every penny, so if you're still on the fence, let this be your sign to DO IT! Finding the problems now will save you loads of money in the future. Can't recommend highly enough.

He was well worth having as he found one major fault in that the solar panels inverter wasn't connected. He also found a lot of less major errors which were still important.
The builders are fixing them all ASAP

Comprehensive, complete with photos of each 'snag', plus drone footage, heat maps and a description of all issues. Needed to snag our new build and Home Snagging was the first call. I never needed to dig out any other number as Kris was professional, managed to fit us in when needed and demonstrated his knowledge over the phone. Great explanation of the service he would provide and carried it out to the tea. The amount of snags he identified has truly helped us put pressure onto the builder (albeit getting them resolved is another issue!!).
