I purchased a mini air cooler from here which arrived in a week. I am happy with the product

The air cooler I received did not turn on, so I contacted them. They asked for a video of the issue. When I shared the video, I was given a choice to either get a replacement or get a refund. I chose the refund which got processed in 3 days.

They provide good customer support. My email was responded in just a few hours along with the answers for some of the questions I had before purchasing.

I got a couple of different portable neck fans. Both are good.

I purchased a $300 air cooler from here. It seems they were in high demand, so the package took a week to arrive. The product is great though.
