I simply needed to ask a question on a Hartmann set cover
I sent a message via the webpage.
After not receiving any reply over 24 hours later, I decided to track down a phone number, no easy feat.
I managed to speak to someone at the garden centre who promised to pass my details over. Another 24 hours passed and not one for giving up, I called again, this time I spoke with David who made a point of going over to the dot com dept.
Within 10 minutes I received a call , questions answered, ordered and delivered within 24 hours.
Do one getting past the original contact the service was absolutely superb.

Ordering from Home and Garden was simple and the furniture was a lot cheaper than buying from Alexander Rose direct. However, the delivery was disjointed and delayed. It didn't help that it was being delivered from Alexander Rose and a third party delivery firm. To be fair, communication with Home and Garden was helpful and prompt but it didn't help that the furniture was finally delivered 3 weeks after order when the website states 10 days and the first planned delivery date went by without anything happening after staying in all day waiting. It finally came the following afternoon despite being told it would be delivered on the morning after complaining to the delivery company and then we had to help the driver as his equipment had failed.
Overall, pleased with the service from Home and Garden but the delivery process let them down hence only 3 stars.

I found it impossible to complete my order. When I went to the list of values it showed £50+50. What is that all about? A wasted 40 minutes I'll have to drive to my local garden Centre.

My local garden centre does not supply HTA vouchers but I have found this wonderfully company that does.
