I ordered the wrong size of furniture cover - following a quick conversation I was able to send the wrong cover back and simply reordered the correct size - no fuss or problems.

This firm is easy to deal with, and the service and delivery was excellent.
The goods were well packed and fast delivery. Thank you.

Excellent service. I ordered the timber treatment for my garden bench which was unavailable locally. It was delivered very quickly.

Went on Trust pilot, looked up garden vouchers, inputted info and paid. Delivered in ca couple of days. Straight forward and no hassle!

From making initial enquiries about the garden furniture to making the purchase the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. They offered an excellent price for the Garden Furniture I wanted. I placed my order late on a Tuesday afternoon and the furniture was delivered early on the Friday afternoon. Excellent service. Checked the furniture and all ok but haven't had the weather to enjoy it yet. Would definitely recommend Home and Garden Centre.

The product was competitively priced but the icing on the cake 'Free delivery'. Home & Garden kept us informed from initial purchase. Highly recommended.

Although the item I required was out of stock at the time my details were kept on file and I was informed as soon as the item became available
I ordered and it was sent out ASAP
With free delivery it was a great experience

Excellent service. 2-3 days delivery. Well recommended!

We were looking for an Alexander Rose Cornis Companion set which we had seen at one of our local garden centres so decided to research the web and compare prices. We found this product online with another supplier but were so disappointed with their service that we cancelled the order which we had paid for and received our refund. We were told that they were unable to source the product even though they had it on their web page and took payment. This is where HOME and GARDEN CENTRE came to the rescue. We checked that they already had the product in stock, which they had, so gave them the order. The process was perfect from start to finish in terms of payment and a first class delivery service so we will definitely use them again in future should the need arise.

I was buying a voucher as a gift for my daughter-in-law. She loves gardening and it's ideal that she can use the voucher anywhere.
The site was easy to navigate; postage reasonable; the voucher arrived in time for her birthday.

Easy app to use. Many options.
