Ordering was easy, very fast delivery. Chair was well packed. Only down fall was i messaged them in regards to order few days ago and nit got reply back.

The set it self looks really beautiful but very heavy especially you don’t provide installation. My lounge is on the second floor so I needed 5 able people to lift the marble table upstairs.

Placed my order, next day received notification that the items had been despatched then nothing… the tracking showed that they had received notification of a parcel but not received parcel. After a week I asked online when they were going to send the parcel only to get a message back saying the parcel is lost they no longer have stock and a refund will be issued in 5-7 working days. I’m out of pocket with no product. My issue is that they never contacted me, didn’t offer any alternatives. Wouldn’t recommend them and I wouldn’t order anything again.

I think my order is was forgotten ,shown as in stock in the Uk but took till emailed the company after 9 days to find out where it was . I was then told my items would be posted out. 12 days after order it arrived

This is one of the best companies for modern ornaments and at a good price… Good communication and updates throughout the delivery process and very well packaged.

I bought two tall candles holders with are lovely. Delivery made the day after order! Super fast! Great experience overall.

This is a really good quality clock for the price the photo's don't do it justice.
Metal case and a glass face not the normal plastic ones , looks good on the wall adds nice bit of class to the room .
Packaging was very good and the clock survived the journey which was good for the glass front.
Slight problem with delivery not as quick as it should have been but an email to customer services which they replied to with in hours and it was all sorted.
Highly recommended a really good company.

Was very satisfied with my purchase and company was very quick with the despatch on my item.
The item was true to the description on website, also packed very carefully and securely.

The lamp was just what I expected. It arrived quickly and the company kept me informed at every stage (once I realised their emails were going to my Junk Mail folder).

Allowed me to place order however as stock records not kept being up to date, order was cancelled
