Excellent service
I was searching for a bedroom stool and home origins came up with the same item £50 cheaper. I’d read reviews about delivery issues but can honestly say I had none and the item was exactly as shown and described. I’d asked for a phone call prior to delivery so I could pop home from work to sign for it and they phoned about 40 mins before. Home origins were also tracking the delivery and also checked I was going to be contacted. Great service and would definitely use them again.

Outstanding service and beautiful furniture – exceeded expectations
We recently bought the Bosco Rustic Oak Wide Sideboard and the Bosco Rustic Oak 4-seater Circular Dining Table from Home Origins, and I honestly can’t fault the experience from start to finish.
All contact throughout (including pre-sales questions by phone and email) was fantastic — some of the best customer service I’ve received. Everything happened exactly when it was supposed to, with clear communication and no chasing required.
Delivery was spot on as well. The delivery guys were friendly, professional and genuinely very good at what they do. The packaging was exceptional — properly protected and clearly done with care — and it meant both items arrived in perfect condition with zero transit damage.
As for the furniture itself… wow. Both pieces massively exceeded our expectations and are absolutely stunning — exactly what we wanted. They feel extremely solid and premium (the sideboard alone weighs around 80kg!), so if we were ordering again we might well opt for the unboxing and packaging removal service just to make things even easier.

We had seen a table and chairs we loved and paid a deposit at a large department store, but subsequently found identical furniture on sale by Home Origins at a significantly cheaper price and with immediate delivery. The lower price meant we could order an additional pair of chairs and still pay less and have our new furniture delivered before Christmas. Sufice it to say we cancelled our original order and took a chance with Home Origins! The items were delivered efficiently, very well packaged and defect free, Communications were clear and efficient ay all times. Superb service, 5 stars all round! Thank you so much!

A really great experience dealing with Home Origins nothing was too much trouble when I rang for information about the furniture I was looking to order or when I had to change my delivery date. They called me back when they said they would and their great customer service was very refreshing. My furniture arrived on the date I had requested and was in great condition I was very happy with dealing with Home Origins and would buy from them again.

First class service and furniture excellent.
The customer service gentleman I spoke to was excellent at answering my questions and very helpful.
The sideboard and nest of tables arrived exactly when they said they would and the quality of the furniture is excellent. It is fantastic to see some a company taking care when goods are ordered online.

I initially spoke to someone on the chat about a coffee table that i was interested in buying they where more than helpfully to the point of arranging a delivery date out for me there and then after purchasing they stuck to there word regarding the delivery date which for me custom service like this is what matters the most also the coffee table is beautiful

We ordered a two tone headboard from…
We ordered a two tone headboard from Home Origins and are delighted with our purchase. It is a very well made and attractive addition to our bedroom and the ivory colour matches our existing furniture beautifully. It was very easy to place an order and we were regularly updated on delivery date and time. The headboard was actually delivered within a few days of placing the order and the helpful delivery driver took it upstairs for us. Would highly recommend Home Origins.
