Purchased a anti snap barrel. Returned the product and promised a refund. Sent product back tracked. They've received the barrel and still no refund. Reading plenty of comments saying new ownership etc. Kind of confused how a company could say new owners yet still same occurring no refund is happening again.

Piaras came to my house today and did a great job installing my alarm system and demonstrating how to use it.

He was friendly, polite and a knowledgeable! Way to go guys!

I needed a replacement handle urgently and these guys (Tom) responded super quick to a message from me, with delivery next day. Can't thank them enough and the communication was excellent throughout. I'm a repeat customer and have bought several locks and handles from them over the years and will be returning for more.

I don't know much about locks but their customer service when there was an issue with the courier was brilliant.

I am compelled to report the magic of Home Secure. Our door lock failed, we worried about extortionate charges of some locksmiths, googled the problem, identified as the gearbox, discovered the Home Secure site with superb step by step instructions for the repair and identification of the correct part from very clear illustrations, ordered and received the new lock very promptly and job done for about £80! With the very clear instructions, only moderate d.i.y ability was needed.

delivery never came, i followed up and was told they would get back to me. no one ever did. I ended up chasing several times and eventually threatened a chargeback before the issue was resolved.

This has happened twice with them so wont be returning

Ian, John and James are always very helpful. When I go to home secure or even if I call or email they always go above and beyond to help and resolve any issues or problems I have. They're knowledge of materials is amazing - even if I just send pictures of things I don't know the name of.
I'd recommend anyone to use home secure for anything, windows, doors and locks.

Handles were a bit loose on my patio doors so came in to replace them, John and Ian were really helpful and full of advice on how to change them out.

Staff very helpful Ian was very knowledgeable and helped me get the right parts i needed.
