Pretty crap experience as my purchase still not arrived! Ok so now 5 days (14/01/2025) later it has arrived and I am now happy to change the rating from 1 to 3 which is at that level due to the delays in the package appearing through my letterbox. And now 2 minutes later had an explanation by email from Hommix so will upgrade to a 4

Your order was placed on Thursday 8 January at 3:18 pm and was dispatched the same day via Royal Mail. As the order value was under £50, it was sent using Royal Mail’s 48 working day service.
According to the latest tracking, your local Royal Mail depot received the parcel yesterday (Tuesday 13th January 2026) and delivery is scheduled for today (Wednesday 14th January 2026) between 9:35am and 12:35pm.
If there are any issues once the parcel arrives or if you need help with anything at all, please don’t hesitate to get in touch - we’re always happy to help.

Excellent product and service
Needing a replacement for a failed drinking water tap, I searched via Google and found Hommix offering a very similar product at an attractive price. The product arrived within three days and is exactly as required.

Amazing customer service.
Delivery was missed due to an unfortunate phone/internet outage. My order was personally delivered the very next day with an offer of free installation for my inconvenience. Would definitely recommend. Product has just been installed and plumber has advised that it’s a ‘decent bit of kit’.
