HORRIFIC HANDLING OF GLITCHES AND SCRIPTING!

Over 5 months I had at least 5 appointments that i had set over the phone go without a call from the Dr. This all within the same month or so. Every time essentially getting gaslit into thinking it was an error with accepting/approving the appointment (all gaslighting).

Then there is the issue with scripting the actual products. Since december 2025, the Docters have essentially stopped giving out peoples scripts after the appoitnments. Seemingly letting them all pile up. I had call and this is what they had admitted to of happened. I now still after a two month delay of waiting for my paid for scripts to come in, I only have one item on there that I specifically said didnt work MONTHS AGO. This went froma scripting pile up error, to now incompetent Docters giving people Incorrect products. Completely unforgiveable. Complete sham.

I had my consultation with the dr on Monday night which I have paid for, and the dr said there was technical issues and that he will have the scripts sent the following morning.
The scripts were not sent through and i have been following it up since, every time i have called i was told i will receive a call back and not once have i received a call back, instead i have had to call myself. And i still have no scripts provided, I have severe spinal injuries along with hand and shoulder injuries and am depending on these scripts to help with my pain management and treatment.

I dont know what there all clakin on about but I moved from easy kind and its the best thing iv ever done.the 30 consultation is only needed when you run out of your 9/12 or so repeats.started out with William Bombay and really good but he's booked out for almost a week in advance.then went with Tom Wallace and he was also good.lots of options,brand agnostic.3 choices maybe 4

I cannot speak more highly of Dr Raman Borgha who is warm, welcoming and friendly man. We had a tricky medical situation and he walked me through it with a lot of patience and always with a smile. He clearly loves what he does with his passion for ENT services. Thank you Dr Raman.

Dr William Bay is so rude, wasted my time and hung up on me after I asked a question and expressed my concerns. I’m appalled, he couldn’t care less about you or your medical needs at all. I do not recommend this doctor for medicinal cannabis or this company.

Won’t reply to emails of missing scripts but will email you 8 months later to chase up payments due to their administration error. Another company gone to greed. Lost its values.

They don't return emails, calls are unanswered, they've even disabled leaving VM. Will happily take your money for appointments, then nothing happens, no script, no nothing. Very disappointing - verging on being a scam

Called me Wednesday morning to reschedule my appointment to Friday. Then text me saying my appointment on Friday was canceled. I have been trying to contact them multiple times a day ever since. Not a single returned call or email.

Just found out my doctor has cancelled 3 of my scripts without consulting me. I am now without medication. Incredibly unprofessional.

The booking and consultation process was very smooth. Had the consultation and told a script would be sent to the dispensery and to wait.
Two weeks later and nothing. Called the dispensery and been advised no script has been sent yet.

Tried calling back horizon health and constantly goes to voicemail only. Tried leaving a voicemail, submitting online queries and crickets... a week of trying to contact horizon health now and its feels like theres noone working there reviewing any of the online queries or voicemails, or if there is someone then if feels like they are either overloaded with work or don't care to respond..

A clinic with no fees, amazing and caring staff, and no product restrictions. The scripts are sent to their partner pharmacy, Rays Wellness, which I’ve also had no issues with, and they charge RRP with super fast shipping. Agnostic product selection with doctors that actually take the time to get to know you, rather than a 5 minute call to write a script, makes them a winner for me. A+
