I have been with Horizon now for a number of years, over this time I have had terrific support from all the team there, they are professional and at the same time personally involved leaving you with the feeling of being part of a family.
The support is great right down to receiving regular updates as to how markets are moving directionaly so that you are best placed to make your transfer move, and not least at very competitive rates.

BRILLIANT for years we had to struggle with transferring funds from one country to another at great rates. I have neem using Horizon Currency (HC) for 18 months. However recently they moved to a new platform and I was able to move my monthly living expenses from my US account to myt Spanish bank account in a matter of a few hours. I was blown away. The staff has always been extremely helpfull. The rates are excellent! Thank you to HC for offering a great product and service.

This relates firstly to my experience with Horizon Currency over the last couple of years. The attention I received from individual staff was unfailingly helpful and courteous. After the first transfer of currency the process was easy and swift, and exchange rates were very good in comparison to a couple of other agencies I looked at.

Secondly, my most recent transfer was slightly delayed due to a requirement for me to resubmit my personal details. This was unexpected as I had not received any pre notification in the form of an email, but this may not be Horizon’s fault.

The important point is that when I phoned the company about this I received professional and sympathetic advice from Alice (compliance department) and my concerns were immediately addressed. Well done Alice and Horizon: no more worries.

The HC team are so caring and supportive. They realise foreign exchange can be quite complicated and are great at walking you through the market data in a way that is easily understood. Great partners to work with and I would highly recommend HC.

The company navigates the stringent requirements of regulatory authorities yet provides a seamless and accessible foreign exchange experience. I was allocated a personal consultant, Louisa, when I signed up over ten years ago and she is still my consultant. She understands my needs and my monthly transfera from my native country to the country I now call home generally take less than 48 hours, sometimes only 24. I have been using Horizon Currency and Louisa Ballard multiple times now and I can highly recommend them. Most importantly they have secured better rates overall than my normal Swedish bank (Handelsbanken).

I was in the process of purchasing a property abroad.
