Called again and was given a direct number for technical, called and was given a recorded message saying "all our engineers are busy leave your name and number and we will get back to you" still waiting.

The timer control unit for the heating and hot water in our house is made by Horstmann. It's the Channel Plus H2 7XL model.
Following a recent power cut the unit failed to operate correctly.
I called Horstmann and was put straight through to a member of their 'Technical Team'. This knowledgeable person was open and honest and together we explored options and solutions.
It was obvious that Horstmann are proud of their products, care about their products, and care about their customers. Refreshing.
