We are in the middle of the process. They are highly disorganised, seem short-staffed, are extremely incommunicative, and border on incompetence. We are shocked, as we had thought they were hyper-professional when signing them on. All we get is constant pressure to accept unreasonable demands from the other party instead of the agent managing them appropriately. Worry that the deal is likely to fall through if this continues.
They handed over the apartment with broken bedframe, dirty walls and windows. After moving out, they claimed £240 to clean the flat they handed dirty. Extremely unreliable and unprofessional.

I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by this estate agency. I requested a viewing for a property that had been on the market for less than 24 hours, only to be denied this. When I inquired about their selection process for viewings, the response I received was shocking. I was informed that there is no formal agreement between them and myself for viewings . They stated that while registering with does not mean they are obliged to facilitate viewings. This is a less than ideal response.
I believe landlords expect their properties to be marketed effectively and provided with a selection of people to hand their property over to. However, this objective becomes challenging if viewings are restricted, and groups of workers are excluded from viewings. Those who do not work from home, and NHS staff are at a disadvantage.
