My websites have been hosted on HostZealot for three years now, and I’ve never had any problems. The staff is always ready to help and answer any questions. This company is simply amazing—I recommend it to everyone!

Technical support is not very helpful, servers seem to be down for no obvious reason, and it's difficult to prove your innocence. I would not recommend using this host until they replace Kristina E. and Alex K., and hire a more qualified specialist.

By purchasing a server from this company, you run the risk of receiving an IP address that is listed on spam or blacklists, which could lead to your server being shut down by the company. This is a disappointing aspect of their technical support.

The reliable performance of the servers, user-friendly control panel, and competitive pricing are the standout features of this provider. I also really appreciated the support team, who assisted me with domain and hosting issues, as well as helped set up my server. I'm extremely happy with the service!

The company is registered in the EU and is owned by Ukrainians. The support sometimes takes a long time to respond, sometimes inadequately. Constantly arguing with the buyer, not answering on the merits. Trying to teach life lessons instead of providing services.

We've been using a virtual server for over a year now and have never regretted choosing HostZealot. The speed is high, the ping is excellent, and website run smoothy even during peak loads. The DDoS protection is top-notch; our sites have never gone down.

For my needs hosting was perfect. Although they say that the prices here are above average, but for the comfort and speed of installation I do not regret. For several months of use only once there was a delay in turning on/off the server, which took about three minutes instead of a few seconds. Otherwise, no complaints.

i tried to contact their support for get more information about their services , but they did not answered me , i asked 2 times in the past 14 hours and i did not get an answer , even tho the live chat said "WE ARE ONLINE BRO"👎🏻
Edit : i tried again a few days later , still same thing , when the customer service is bad , imagine the offered services ...

I have a small online shop. WP with WooCommerce. The shop is growing all the time. Recently switched from a regular VPS to a Dedicated Server. Good server configuration on good hardware, easy to manage with ISP manager, tech support is all set up. Free certificate with auto-renewal is a big plus. Traffic is growing but nothing to be afraid of, scalability is there.

Из недостатоков маленькое количество сереров для подключения, но большой плюс в том что сервера не находятся в спам фильтрах. По этому доступ к разным сервисам у них не ограничен. Так же при регистрации на разных сервисах тоже проблем нет.

Paid for a server thats been pending for days now. Literally a scam of a company. Customer service says "it will be ready in a couple hours"... more like a couple decades. Bought a server with their competition and was set up instantly. These guys dont even deserve 1 star.

I decided to push forward with a business mentality and forget about art and writing and film etc. I needed independence from my staff who have all been entertaining their own unwanted guests. With an average knowledge of DotCom, I hired a VPS, and hell, that was a hell of a journey. I am almost done getting to my destination. I'm almost done achieving what I started my project for, and I tell you now; that it was not possible without the assistance of Hostzealot's TECHNICAL SUPPORT TEAM. These men and probably women are fantastic in what they do and their attitude towards their clients is admirable. NO MATTER what your problem is: THEY FIX IT. If you are entertaining a guest, which I have no doubt you have been, you are and god forbid will, and if you want services above and beyond your expectations, Hostzealot Technical Support Team is right there, 24/7, with no holiday, no weekend and no complaints.
