Hi James,
Thanks for the great review and for your continued orders with Hotline.
We’re really pleased to hear you were happy with both the service and the finished quality of your branded tote bags. One of the biggest concerns when ordering printed promotional products online is knowing how a design will actually look on the finished item, so it’s great to hear our team and free Visual Proofs™ helped give you confidence before production.
Making sure artwork is clear, well-positioned and suited to the product is a big part of the service we provide, especially on custom printed tote bags where design scale and print area can make a huge difference to the final result.
Thanks again for your support and we look forward to helping with your next order.
