One area that Hot Toner has lagged a bit was that now it took a bit longer than usual to deliver :(

I have a Canon TS9560 printer and have always used the compatible cartridges from HotToner over several years. They have worked extremely well all the time and i have never had an issue with them... I would not consider buying cartridges elsewhere as they are very well priced at HotToner and over the years have only increased by a few dollars. They have me as a lifelong customer.

The product was delivered from interstate on the second day after the order was placed. Each item was exactly as ordered. This has been a consistent experience in the 5 years that I have been dealing with Hot Toner.

I had problem with a replacement ink cartridge, I reported it and my situation was handled very professionally and promptly. A new replacement cartridge was dispatched and my printer is functioning again.

Cartridge well priced, arrived promptly, worked perfectly, lasted 18 months after install (30 months after purchase). Cartridge for Brother printer, genuine Brother price over $100, Hot Toner price in Nov 2023 was $25. Cartridge has lasted all that time and now ready to replace it and will be seeking another from Hot Toner

Ran out of Magenta ink (Epson 503xl) and needed a cartridge in a hurry. Epson was "out of stock". Other suppliers did not have it either. Hot Toner delivered one super-fast, and the delivery cost half that of Epson. Well-deserved five stars!
