fantastic service i would highly recommend

We did quite a lot of looking at different hot tub supplies. Hot tub were not the cheapest but from ordering through to the after sales hot tub have been brilliant. These guys know their stuff. Installation team were second to none. Remember cheaper is not always the best. Hot tub world get 5 stars for each department sales, delivery, installation, and after sales support.

I bought my first hot tub 18 years ago from hot tub world and have only just had to replace it! I’ve stayed with hot tub world all these years because everyone who works there is always friendly and helpful. The engineers are brilliant and I feel they always do their very best to save you money on repairs. I’m really pleased with my new tub and hope it lasts as long as the last one!

A 5* service from beginning to end. We've had the hot tub for over a month now and love it. We were given excellent recommendations for an electrician and the guys who delivered were great and friendly. They gave us a really good tutorial to start us off. We love the hot tub and couldn't recommend these guys any more highly

we ordered a Flair hot tub from hot tub world and the service from this company was 5 star no pressure selling at there shown room fully listened to our needs i.e. what tub we require the seating we needed etc, there was cheaper units there and more expensive units but they recomenned the one we asked for ...the ordering to the del of the hot was great, the position at our property was not the best access but they surveyed this and came up with a solution , the del was great the guys installing and the trainging on the tub and what the chemical do and how to add them etc... the after care service is first call s also add a small issue with a jet called the next day and this is working great ( down to the making of the tub a small piece of silicone in the jet ) iown my own business and reply on feed back from customers, people are quick to knock you but when you come across a great company reviews need to be there to read, from the guy who we met there to the owner also and the phone staff all excellent and i will recommend you to anybody .....

My hot tub was delivered in November on time with a great team of guys, polite helpful and knowledgable. It had to come up my neighbours drive and then they took out a fence panel to get it in place. My neighbour couldn’t praise them enough for there efficient manner and politeness. It’s a great piece of kit I have used it nearly everyday, being on my own I might struggle with the draining down when it comes to it, but I am sure the team at hot tub world will be on hand to help me through it. Very pleased with the service I’ve received so far and even had a wet test before I purchased!
