I ordered my hot tub from Hot Tub Studio last summer at a show. It had been a difficult year for me and I wanted my hot tub in place for my birthday only a couple of weeks away. It was a big ask as they were very busy but they fitted my tub got it filled and up and running for me right on time. A very smooth operation it was too, the guys were great and explained the chemicals etc to me carefully.

They don't know what it meant to me but it did mean a lot. The Jacuzzi tub is marvellous, I love it and I have already recommended Hot Tub Studio to friends. I will definitely buy from them again when I look to upgrade.

From our initial enquiry, to the delivery and installation of our Hot Tub, the service we received was exemplary and we would highly recommend Hot Tub Studios.

We had our Jacuzzi installed yesterday and the whole process was quite possibly the easiest and most seamless that we’ve ever encountered. From the very first phone call to Andy, where we asked the most ridiculous questions, he has been helpful, patient and a delight to deal with. The install yesterday was equally seamless and we are now waiting for the sun to shine so we can enjoy the tub. We’ve never had a hot tub before so this has been a very new experience, especially during lockdown, but Andy did absolutely everything he could to help. And I’d have no hesitation in recommending him, I also know if we have any trouble (which we haven’t had so far) he will do his upmost to help.

Jacuzzi J-375 Delivery

I don’t normally do reviews but I wanted to add my thanks for my recent delivery. I ordered my Jacuzzi J-375 from Andy at the Meriden branch of Hot Tub Studio. The order from start to finish was seamless without the hard sales that I found at other places! The people who put the Jacuzzi in were also good and everything was done professionally - exactly how I wanted it. There was one small issue of accidental damage when it arrived. This was put right immediately, so there was no disappointment with my new Jacuzzi. If you want a high quality product with good staff from start to finish this is the place to go!

We had a great service from Andy from start to finish. He was responsive to our questions, have us a good deal, came out to do a site visit himself and was personally on hand when it was delivered as well. The team who installed the tub were friendly and clearly knew what they were doing. They also briefed us fully on the operation and upkeep of the tub before they left.

We couldn’t be more pleased. We had talked about getting a hot tub for a while but during the lockdown we decided to just go for it, so Andy came to do a site survey on the Monday and by Friday it was sitting in our back garden!! His team were very professional including the crane drivers who made lifting the hot tub over the house and into the back garden, look easy. Andy explained all of the control buttons for the jets, lights , sound system and maintenance and I know if we have any questions we can easily contact him. So thank you all once again, just wished we’d have had one sooner.

Amazing service, through email, phone and what's app. Was worried as Tub was installed on a decked level of the garden which is 1m up, but the installers, pivoted it up there before I got a chance to get ready to watch! The tub is amazing, the chemical lesson with James was great and clear. Everything about the finance, delivery and requirements were exactly as set out. All delivered in Lockdown too! Well Done guys.

Fantastic customer service with friendly and professional advice from both Andy and James. The quality of the hot tub is superb! The J475 model has fantastic jets, lights and speakers and we are very impressed with it. It was an incredible fast turnaround from our first email enquiry to installation and I would 100% recommend using Hot Tub Studios.

We are delighted with our hot tub - Andy and James came and installed, supported by a crane - super helpful and professional. As first time hot tub buyers - and a bit of a impulsive buy we are really impressed with Jacuzzi, and are loving having it. The maintenance is an easy routine and no hassle. We are glad that we went for the next model up with more jets.

Hi I've had my tub for a few years now and was great until the filter on the motherboard won't kick in . Power running through it but still not kicking in. Any advice would be much appreciated.
Ps I've changed the filter although not used too many times .

Andy and his team were so very helpful from my first phone call and continued this when they installed the hot tub for me and my family. This is my first hot tub and although I am still learning Andy still continues to support me on the phone about any questions that I have. I am glad I went for a hot tub from this company as with the quality of the tub and the support I know I won’t go wrong.

Fantastic, just had our first Hot Tub, from the first phone call to delivery and setup everything has been brilliant. Glad we went with the Jacuzzi brand in the end too. Andy and James delivered and setup and were really professional and filled me with confidence. Great to see one of the directors of the business being hands on too! Andy and his team came and installed the hot tub and did an amazing job. They answered every question we had and when it came to installing they did it quickly and carefully, but also being respectful of the garden. The Jacuzzi itself is amazing, best thing I have ever bought!

Amazing service!!
I ordered a control panel for my hot tub and asked for it before Easter weekend and it arrived on time at no extra cost. Means we had a bearable Easter whilst in lockdown. It’s great when companies help customers to make life easier, thank you so much!!

Had our hot tub delivered last Friday, both Andy and James were very professional and kept their social distance during the Covid-19 times we currently are living in the whole machine was wiped down after install. Instructions for use were very helpful and we have already enjoyed a few evenings!! A very easy purchase thank you Andy

After negotiating a great deal, the hot tub studio team were very accommodating around my installation challenges. After two site visits we finally agreed a location which required additional manpower to make work. I was also very impressed and reassured by the obvious product knowledge available from the team which helped me make the right choice for my family.
