I highly recommend House Revolution. I have been an extremely happy customer on 2 separate occasions. With effective results. Nothing is too much trouble. Their ethos, professionalism and service are second to none. The whole team. You receive a first rate service at a much lower cost.

I found everyone I dealt with at House Revolution very helpful and pleasant to deal with and that their opinions and advice, when sought, could be relied upon.

Very friendly with good communication. Always helpful and understanding from the beginning. I don't know why anyone selling a property would use anyone else!

From the very first contact the staff were helpful, friendly and realistic. The valuation was spot on and the photos and marketing represented our property perfectly, resulting in loads of viewings and 3 offers within 2 weeks!
Throughout the whole process Debbie & Dawn kept us informed of all developments and dealt with any hiccups in a balanced and professional way, which kept the stress levels down.
All this for a fee way below any fees quoted by their competitors!

House Revolution were very friendly approachable people and offered a great service at well below the cost of mainstream estate agents. Although my house took longer than I had hoped to sell, I put this down to not having re-painted the interior; as soon as I did this, it sold for a good price.

I requested a valuation via email and received a very prompt response and debbie visited my as a time convenient to me. Debbie was informative about their processes and fees, yet not pushy which I experienced with other agents.
Once I marketed my property, I was pleased with the way it had been presented on the sale details.
I quickly received viewing requests which were arrange at my convenience and were further helped by house revolution meeting the interested parties and showing them around on my behalf

Their fees are very good value when compared to quotes from traditional estate agents and I believe they offer the perfect compromise between a traditional estate agent and an online-only estate agent with rock bottom fees but a faceless service with no local knowledge.

Their agents are not at all like the stereotype of the estate agent. They are friendly and approachable without going over the top with impossible promises or coming across as self-serving. This was a surprisingly important factor when we were first getting quotes from different agents to sell our property.

The online portal is easy to use and offers a good degree of flexibility if you want to edit your listing that appears on all the major online property search engines.

Our particular sale was not as smooth as we hoped, however House Revolution were understanding and helpful at every step of the way. They were always able to offer advice, or put us in touch with someone that specialised in a particular area for extra advice and information. Ultimately we were very happy with the sale and would highly recommend House Revolution if you are considering your options for selling a property.

We have used House Revolution to sell a flat, they were very friendly and helpful at sorting a few issues that came along during the sale, also their fees were a lot less than the high street agents.

"From the outset I found House Revolution staff to be far more down to earth than other estate agents and far less 'sales-y'! As a result I already liked them more, but they were efficient at doing all my viewings, and were always available on the phone and up to date with anything going on with my property such as feedback and viewings. We are not keen on 'estate agents' (sorry!) so we were looking for a human approach to selling and found it. The team were at the end of the phone (and in their new posh offices on Unthank) and proved, time and again, when the pressure was on that they were professional. I am sure anyone could have sold our property; but getting it to completion in 13working days (including 2 surveys...) I am no so sure. The fees were obviously great as well (about half the amount of the usual suspects). Also to note, our buyers were happy with the service as well, which made discussions and the process so much easier.

We found all the staff at House Revolution to be very helpful and friendly, they certainly went the extra mile for us. Overall they gave us a very good service at a reasonable cost.

A great delight to sell our house through House Revolution. Thank you for selling my house and co-ordinating it all so smoothly. I would highly recommend House Revolution to all. Why pay twice the price to a High Street Agent when all houses are shown on-line anyway?

Staff extremely polite and helpful from the moment they surveyed my house and throughout the time leading to completion. Offered options in regards to selling belongings and even offered to take the seller over to negotiate these sales. Never once did I make a call to them which was put on hold or the person couldn't help with my queries? Will be using there services again when I buy my next property in 2015.
