Howdens - Bexhill on Sea Opiniones 

I dealt primarily with Hannah Moon at the Bexhill branch. I found Hannah to be personable, accommodating and knowledgable. There was no pressure, just fully informed options for my kitchen. During install there were a couple of snags (my fault, not Howdens) but they were quickly sorted with no fuss whatsoever. The other staff I had dealings with there were all very friendly and competent as well. The kitchen and worktops itself is very nice and I am extremely happy with the end result. Would definitely recommend.

Howden's at Bexhill-on-Sea has been a great company to deal with - We ordered a kitchen and our contact - Kirsten Gilbert has been amazing! Right from the design to delivery, nothing has been too much trouble and we have had numerous emails and phone calls and every time Kirsten responded quickly and professionally whilst being very approachable and friendly to deal with. I cannot say thank you enough to her for helping sort out any design issues and changes along the way which I am sure many companies would have had enough!. Also thanks to all the team at the Bexhill-on-Sea branch - all very professional, friendly and and quick to help with any queries.

I cannot express how patient, kind, thoughtful and professional Hannah Moon at the Bexhill branch has been during the process of choosing and installing my sisters kitchen. From the initial home visit appointment Hannah made sure my sister (she's profoundly deaf with some learning delay) understood what was happening. She treated her as the customer and listened to her thoughts about what she wanted. During our visit to Howdens Hannahs patience was exemplary, many cabinets were chosen and discarded. Hannah really gave the impression she had all the time in the world. Once the kitchen fitter was chosen Hannah has stayed in touch with me (I don't live in Bexhill) so that communication with my sister can be maintained via myself. At the last minute the worktop that was chosen was changed due to a change of heart that too appears to have been no problem. A huge thank you to Hannah Moon, you really are the ultimate professional who cares about her clients. A star!

We wanted to compare quotes and designs for our new kitchen and had been recommended this branch of Howdens.
Our designer was Hannah and she went out of her way to help us find the best options they had available that suited our needs. The designs were very good and well thought out. Her manner is conscientious and patient and not at all pushy which is just what we wanted in what can be a complicated process. We appreciated all her time and effort. We found it to be a nice, friendly branch all in all.

All the staff at the Bexhill-on-Sea branch are fantastic and very helpful.

I would definitely recommend Howdens Bexhill for your kitchen purchase. All staff I encountered were helpful and friendly. I must mention India who designed my kitchen for me, from her initial home visit where she took all the measurements and we discussed different plans and what I wanted my new kitchen to look like right through to delivery and installation using my kitchen fitter she was excellent. I changed my plans a couple of times and I never felt rushed or pressurised in making a final decision. Howdens in Bexhill is not my nearest branch but I chose Bexhill because India was recommended to me. My kitchen was installed last month and I'm so pleased with it. Thankyou India and Howdens Bexhill.
