Howdens - Crawley Opiniones 

My parents in their 80's had a leak and required a new kitchen. Howdens in Crawley were appointed and their kitchen designer Vicky came to meet my anxious parents at their house. She has brilliant ideas and listened to how they wanted to use the kitchen and suggested some changes from their original units and fixture. Everything was swiftly ordered and delivered and now my parents are thrilled to be back in their house and loving their new kitchen. Thank you Vicky & Crawley Howdens team.

Jo, at the Howdens Crawley Branch, has always been very helpful and imaginative with her design of our new kitchen. She was a good listener and took into account all of our needs and wants within her design. She noticed that there was a useful space, that could have been missed, for a wine rack! Jo has been prompt with her replies and advice. Thank you!

I used to work with Team and it was family! When I left I wasn't sad because the relationship was for ever, now as customer! With my private independent projects I will always feel this team will do their upmost. They are good people and deliver professionally [I won't single anyone, all 5*]

The product was the best price and the availability was good.
The down side was that I was misgendered by the salesperson every time he spoke to me.
More training for staff for inclusivity is what is probably required.
Since publishing this I have had a call regarding the situation and they have been most apologetic over the matter. I have therefore re-evaluated my star rating to suit my experience.

Very easy to get a quote sorted and arrange a delivery date. Howdens called the day before to arrange a time and the driver arrived at the agreed time.

Doors were packed and in perfect condition. Driver assisted with unloading and was friendly.

Supplier of parts for kitchen fitters. Everything professional kitchen fitters need in one place. And doors and fitted wardrobe sliding doors. Easy to use when the general public are absent.

I have bought from Howdens only a few times in the past and have to say it has not always been a pleasant experience but this time I bought a complete kitchen and visited the Crawley branch a few times. Each time I was dealt with by Andy who could not have been more polite and professional. He was a absolute pleasure to deal with.

As always an excellent service with no problems returning or changing items.

Looking at purchasing 6 Oak Doors (Not cheap!!), My husband got an email for an offer on Saturday for 3for2 on doors. We tried to order online but the deal was only if you go into the branch, So on Saturday afternoon shortly after lunch we went with our sizes to order the 6 doors and they were CLOSED. The email didn't say anything about ordering by 12.00 and most stores are open until 5 or 6 on a Saturday. We felt really frustrated and cheated as the email should have pointed out that the Branch SHUTS at 12.00 on a Saturday so you only have 3hrs to order if you want the deal. As a tradesman my husband uses Howdens a lot and has recommended them to others. We called up today (Monday) and explained our frustration and hoped that maybe they could honour the deal in Good Faith as we do need to buy 6 but it was a clear cut NO. I'm not sure where they are getting all their 5☆ from because that's not 5☆ service is it ??? We will be sharing our experience with others and asking around for recommendations of other company's doing deals or willing to offer some type of discount because clearly Howdens weren't interested in helping out a customer that's not great customer service in my eyes.
