Great service! Anita was really helpful and very happy to accommodate. The whole process was easy from start to finish. We would absolutely recommend Howdens. The kitchen itself is fantastic - a great range of styles and options to choose from.

From the start we were kept informed, listened to and shown patience when slow at making decisions and when we finally arrived at the important part,we were pleasantly surprised how affordable and efficient Howdens were.

Great planning team and very happy with the look of the cabinets.

Anita, was amazing from start to finish. I didn’t really have any idea what I wanted my new kitchen to look like, but she gave me great ideas and basically designed it for me. Anita is so easy to talk to and really puts you at ease when designing it in your own home. Thank you Anita for everything

Extremely pleased with our Howdens Kitchen. Anita from the Crayford branch was a delight to work with, and really understood what look we were after and understood my OCD for things being symmetrical. We visited many months before the building work started and she was great when we had to bring our puppy with us as had no-one to look after him- and had the kitchen delivered 5 months before it could be fitted due to building issues. Anita was great dealing with any tweaks we wanted and any issues with the cupboards when they eventually got fitted. We were so happy with the service we ordered our flooring from there as well. Hopefully she can come out to visit to see the kitchen and the 2 dogs :)

We are so delighted with our Howdens Kitchen. Anita from the Crayford branch was so easy to communicate with. We asked her to visit months and months before the building work started - which she was happy to do. This gave us time to really think about what we wanted and to make any changes. She was propmt in replying, and really happy to make any changes as we went along. On her final site visit she has some sensible suggestions which have paid off.

Great service & help from start to finish. Anita was always available with any queries & organised deliveries to suit timings requested. The delivery driver went above & beyond which is very rare now days.

Thanks to all at the Crayford branch.

I’ve had a Howdens kitchen for 9 years and have just completed my utility room with Howdens too. Anita at Crayford was exceptionally helpful and patient and completed some great deisgns and suggested perfect products. I recommend Howdens to all my friends

We love our Howdens kitchen and received great service from Anita at the Crayford depot. I told her my dream kitchen and she brought it to life!

I wanted to take a moment to express my utmost satisfaction with the service provided by anita and team throughout the process of designing my new kitchen. From the initial consultation to the final touches, every step was executed with precision and professionalism.

Anita demonstrated an impressive level of expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering a high-quality product. I was particularly impressed by her quick response time and even including my pets in the design :) .

The end result exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with the transformation of my kitchen space. Not only is it visually stunning, but it also functions seamlessly, thanks to your thoughtful design and meticulous installation.

I want to extend my sincerest appreciation to you and Howdens’s crayford, It was truly a pleasure working with such a talented and reliable group of professionals.

I will not hesitate to recommend your services to anyone in need of kitchen remodeling or design expertise. Thank you once again for a job exceptionally well done.

Just purchased a kitchen from Dartford. Anita came over to measure up & sent me some fantastic drawings within 24 hours. Delivery was prompt, quality of the units was great and price was even better!! I’ve fitted hundreds of kitchens over the years and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Howdens to my customers. 👍

Always a first class performance from this branch of Howdens . Been using Lee Twin for many years , himself and the rest of the team are very professional in all that they do, from design to providing materials to complete my various projects.

I needed a new kitchen and didn't know where to start. After finding a builder I found Anita at Howdens in Crayford. She was amazingly helpful, full of suggestions and really listened to what I wanted/could afford and was always on the end of the phone if I had a question. Nothing was too much trouble. When a sample worktop could not be found in store she took me out to the warehouse where her colleagues got one down from the storage area and I was able to look at it with the cupboard I had chosen for my new kitchen. During the kitchen fitting a problem arose whereby I realised a worktop wasn't what I wanted. She readily helped out by sending me pictures of alternatives and outlining to me ordering deadlines for next day delivery. The new worktops arrived in the next day so no time was lost with the kitchen fitters. I would thoroughly recommend Howdens Crayford and Anita. All in all I love my new kitchen. Whilst its small and nothing will change that the storage solutions suggested by Anita have really helped 'find' new space. If you are planning a new kitchen fitting then go to Crayford Howdens and ask for Anita!

Anita is fantastic. Her design was excellent, I was so lost and unsure and she really helped me create a vision. Highly recommended!!

A big thank you to Anita from the Crayford Store who helped us so much with our kitchen. Anita helped to make the planning and preparation so much easier and was always on the end of the phone if we needed her. The process was very quick and we were kept updated along the way.
We are very pleased with the kitchen we ordered and was brilliant value for money. If something wasn't right Anita sorted and replaced it straight away. The customer service we received was very high and we would highly recommend Howdens Crayford to all our friends and family.

Anita at Howden’s Crayford has been superb throughout entire Kitchen design / purchasing process from start to finish. She came out to complete the initial consultation, measured up & provided us with a virtual 3D plan, helping to bring our design to life. After a few changes & much patience from Anita we finalised our kitchen. Everything was delivered swiftly & the end finish is great. Very pleased with the quality so far. Since having the kitchen fitted we have been back for further products & can say that all the staff in branch are always very helpful & knowledgeable. Many thanks.
