Brilliant service from start to finish. My new Howdens kitchen is high‑quality, well‑designed, and built to last. Delivery was on time, everything fit perfectly, and the team were helpful throughout. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Dalia at Howdens Egham. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.
Our order arrived complete, and we’re really impressed with the quality of the units. The finished kitchen looks fantastic. Even when we needed a few last-minute extras, Dalia was very accommodating and quick to help.
We would definitely recommend Howdens Egham and would happily use them again.

The service we received from Dalia (Egham branch) has been second to none. Following a disappointing experience with another supplier, it was a breath of fresh air and the experiences from the two suppliers were like chalk and cheese. Dalia was highly knowledgeable about kitchen design and the products available within Howdens and provided us with excellent guidance and ideas. She listened closely to our needs to work out the optimal solution for a very small kitchen in a BTL property. She dealt with a myriad of questions with grace and patience. Throughout the process she was in regular contact with us and was always swift to address our needs and she never needed chasing. Throughout the process Dalia has been charming and an absolute joy to work with and I would have no hesitation in highly recommending her and the team at Howdens in Egham.

My experience with your kitchen designer Lilliah in Howdens Egham branch has been unacceptable. Communication has been slow, and I have had to follow up many times. Her behaviour has been disrespectful, and she repeatedly pretended not to understand me, which felt discriminatory toward my accent . She has also harassed and pressured my builder as a result, I have lost confidence in this branch and will not be going ahead with the purchase with Egham branch

Chantal & Harry couldn't have been more helpful with our kitchen. We wanted to see a lot of different examples and they catered to us, constantly changing designs and prices. Couldn't recommend them enough! Thank you

Dalia from the Egham branch was so attentive and helpful throughout the whole process. If there were any questions, Dalia was straight on the phone, making the process so smooth and easy. The kitchen looks great too!

Dalia (Egham branch) has been exceptional. She has been friendly, helpful and professional throughout the process. Dalia was clearly extremely knowledgeable about the products available and offered practical advice to ensure that I chose a quality kitchen at the right price. In addition, she patiently and promptly answered my many questions. Thank you so much for all your help.

The same problem as always, I decided to add 2 x 200mm wall units to an island. Already had the feet so just needed 2 units with doors & 2 end panels to wrap them. £290.50 with 50% discount! In what world is that a fair price? Handles & hinges are extra! Without discount it would be £581. In this instance it was for my own kitchen but how could I justify that spend for suck a small return when dealing with a customer. I’m done, 16 years of answering howdens questionnaire's & still pricing shrouded in secrecy & let’s be fair, the quality isn’t as it was.

i purchased on finance 2 items paid my account in full for both items after being threatened with legal action via a letter and emial back in april and today i recieved a new bill threatening me with ccj for legal fees but there was no case because i paid the account in full . i do not reckonmend using this business they charge lots apr interest rates then after you pay your bill they give you another bill . this is a scam to make people pay more money for no reason . when you close an account and they try charge you money after youve closed the account absolute con company.

The "new kitchen" journey is a tough one, its not a weekly event, nor yearly for that matter. So with ever changing designs, regulations, technologies, etc, its a minefield.
Fortunately for me Dalia (Egham Branch) managed to translate what was in my head, squeeze every inch of space to practical use and yet make that a workable technical format for any fitter. Beyond amazing. Oh, all whilst listening and caring about my views and thoughts. Really, really appreciated - thank you Dalia, you have a gift.

We had a fantastic experience using Howdens in Egam, Dalia Sabri our consultant was amazing and the design she came up with was fantastic! Even though I kept changing a few bits, she was quick to up date the design and send over the drawings every time! It was delivered within a few days right on time and fitted by our fitter. We now have a beautiful new kitchen.
