Lincoln Home Improvements (Mark Brown Property Services) have been installing quality kitchens for our local customers for over ten years. Our first class service supported by the team at Howdens Outer Circle Lincoln have allowed us to exceed our clients expectations. Howdens have become our supplier of choice for quality service and supply of kitchens we are proud to install. Matthew Maw has provided us with outstanding kitchen designs that enable us to showcase our installations and our clients are delighted. The design team, trade team and warehouse staff are all professional, like minded, helpful, efficient and work tirelessly to provide us with five star service our business can trust.

I went in with a 4 page(!) specification of what we wanted. Undaunted, Matt Maw at the Lincoln Outer Circle branch absolutely hit the nail on the head with the design, spending time with us to make sure he got it just right.

Unable to find more competitive pricing on quartz worktops or appliances, we went all in with Howdens - kitchen, appliances & worktops. Everything has been good quality with great finishes.

All deliveries were quick and as promised, with a friendly and helpful delivery team. Barely anything was missing or swiftly replaced if it was. Communications were brilliant.

We've ended up with an Elmbridge Kitchen with desert silver quartz, Neff slide & hides, Neff hob, Quooker tap and all the best bits - for about half the price you'd guess to look at it. It's a dream kitchen, and I don't say that lightly.

Comparing competitor price
Many items missing ,then had to be purchased later date which meant quotes were not comparable.

I have used Lincoln North since it opened.
The staff have always done their up most to give customer satisfaction with orders, kitchen designs, deliveries, inquiries etc.

I was recently looking to purchase a door for a job i was doing, i shopped around at several other suppliers but they could not get one for weeks, rang Howdens and picked the door up within two days, Ben who dealt with the order was very helpfull and professional,well done Howdens.

Thanks to the hard work from Matt Maw and Steve McCardle at Lincoln North we e need up with a designs for two properties that we are very pleased with.

Until Matt and Steve became involved we were becoming very frustrated with the member of staff we were dealing with as he continually let us down by not coming back to us after carrying out a measure on site. Despite numerous phone calls and numerous promises we never received the information he had promised us.

After months of frustration we were on the verge of placing order/orders elsewhere but felt we owed it to Howdens to give them one last chance. This is because Steve McCardle really pulled out all of the stops during the first COVID lockdown for us. My daughter who was a newly qualified doctor was doing up a property near Lincoln hospital where she works. Unfortunately she was in a position where she had a home where she had taken the old kitchen out, but could not source a new kitchen due to lockdown. Steve (like a knight in shining armour) came to the rescue and saved the day. He really went out of his way to help us, just like he has done on our previous projects.

So we gave Lincoln North a second chance and Steve and Matt certainly did not less us down.

Well done chaps, very happy with the eventual outcome.

Excellent customer service from Howdens, went above and beyond what they needed to do to sort out a problem we had with the fridge freezer in our new house. Thank you at last a cold beer not a frozen one .
