We recently had our kitchen designed and supplied by Natalie at Howdens North Watford. Natalie is clearly an extremely experienced professional and nothing was ever a problem. Her patience was commendable as we regularly changed things throughout the process.
The design has completely transformed our home and we know we couldn’t have done any better elsewhere.
The quality of all the products supplied; kitchen units, appliances, flooring, doors is the highest levels and everything looks amazing.
If you are considering home improvements make sure Howdens is at the top of your list, you won’t be disappointed!!

We were extending our house trying to create a kitchen/ diner space, we really struggling in imagining how it could look, after one visit from Charlotte she presented us with a design and we fell in love with the kitchen.
She created us the perfect space that would work for our family, she met with me a few times to ensure everything was right.
She was super patient as it took me ages to decide on worktops!
Delivery of everything was quick and on time!

We worked with Charlotte of Howdens North Watford on a project that took us over 20 years to get to (after kids etc.) so it was very important for us to get things right. Firstly we chose Howdens after looking at reviews in Which? and online more generally, then when we met Charlotte and we couldn't be happier. Her knowledge, experience, flexibility coupled with her 'nothing is too much trouble' approach and responsiveness just made for an all round quality experience, no matter how many times we wanted to tweak the designs! She even gave us a worktop sample to take home so we could try out how stain resistant it was, before going with it (marble compact laminate - highly recommended). The end result has been transformative and nearly two months on (since the kitchen was finished) we are absolutely delighted with our new space and the appliances (which Charlotte price matched). During the install we spotted a few blemishes with the cupboard doors and these were all sorted with no fuss, enabling the project to keep to timescales. I hope that covers why Charlotte and the team get a five star rating from us, it's well deserved and we can't recommend them highly enough.

Charlotte at the North Watford Depot did an amazing job designing our kitchen, giving us multiple options to pick from and being very patient with all of our questions and indecision. Our kitchen came out better than we could have expected and utilised the space available perfectly. The kitchen itself is high quality and feels like it will last a long time with plenty of use.

Just having a clear out of old paperwork I found the receipt for our Howdens kitchen fitted over seven years ago. We chose the Clerkenwell range with flat doors and the grey gloss finish. I was reluctant to choose the gloss finish as although it has a beautiful finish it looked and felt brittle in the showroom and I thought it would chip very easily in use, especially on the recessed "handles". 7 years on and there is not a single solitary chip on it, it still looks brand new. They still make the same range now and I could not recommend it it more highly. With it we got a Bosch oven and hob, Lamona sink and taps and Lamona under cupboard heater. In the past seven years we have never had to have anything repaired except for the light bulb inside the oven. I was suspicious of Howdens as they wouldn't tell me how much an individual item cost, but the overall price was very reasonable indeed and the quality has far exceeded our expectations. We never had to call back the fitters to rectify anything and it all still looks and works as well now as the day it was fitted. OK, this is not a "recent experience" but sometimes it pays to know what lasts beyond the recent
