Staff are very welcome and hopefully

After submitting a report about dissatisfaction with Pacifica, Howdens recommended extended warranty supplier. I must commend Howden's for stepping up and dealing with the situation.

ALFIE, in their Salisbury Branch, took ownership of the situation last week, and finally, today, the replacement dishwasher was delivered and fitted as well. Almost eight weeks of washing up by hand have thankfully come to an end.

Fast efficient service

Emma kitchen designer from Howdens designed our kitchen and was very helpful and friendly, offering suggestions to make the process easier and to make it to our liking and she would make herself available for follow up appointments if we had any changes or concerns. The products were excellent quality both kitchen units, flooring etc. I would certainly recommend Howdens to our family and friends.

We were delighted with the range available, the quality of the units, the excellence of the service and the keen price! Danny, who has a good eye for detail, a natural flair with design and colour plus he is a great collaborator, took our ideas and suggested some changes to make them work in our kitchen. I really wanted a corner larder unit but Danny showed how there were better arrangements. After taking a few samples home to check on the colours, we tweaked a few things to arrive at the final design which we were able to see on their big screen. Howdens provided us with a list of fitters so we were able to get some estimates for the installation which is planned for next month. We have visited Howdens Salisbury several times and have been so impressed with the management and staff as well as enjoying the odd coffee as we mulled over our choices.

Excellent process from start to finish...

Howdens designed and supplied a new kitchen as part of a wider refurbishment project and were brilliant every step of the way. From the initial meeting on site through to the design and delivery, everything went according to plan.

The members of staff we interacted with were all extremely professional and went the extra mile to deliver for us, the customer.

i been using the salisbury howdens for 10 + years and its gone down hill massively. staff all seem miserable with the new manger and the only good designer has left.

The staff at Howdens in Salisbury could not have been more helpful or professional. Emma who designed our new kitchen made a beautiful job of it and was a huge help and support. Alfie too was great, in fact all the staff were fantastic!!

Wayne on the trade counter is an absolute pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable and always takes time to ensure that your order is correct , really enjoy dealing with him.

This is the first time I have chosen a new kitchen. I have been guided through the experience so expertly and patiently by Emma.
Her understanding of my needs were perfectly accommodated - exceeding my hopes and expectations. Emma gave me the opportunity to see, through CGI, what the various layouts might look like. She made suggestions, taking my concerns into account, until together, we arrived at the perfect kitchen. I am more than delighted and cannot recommend Emma highly enough for her wisdom, guidance, patience, understanding and practical nature. Thank you!

Howdens was one of three companies I approached for a new kitchen. All three companies were good, but what made Howdens stand out, was their designer Angela Attree. From my first contact with her, it was very apparent that Angela likes her work; and because of this she not only knows the intricacies her job, but goes that extra mile on behalf of her clients. Angela is patient, helpful and thoughtful.

Great service/always have materials I required/great at price

The staff are so so helpful and friendly, more than any where else that I visit. Wayne on the front desk should get a special mention.
