Where to begin? We have recently had a kitchen and utility room installed that was designed and supplied by Howdens at Swinton in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. It is difficult to put into words the exceptional quality of the product and the professionalism of this team. We are over the moon with our paint to order Elmbridge kitchen in 'Linen' and our Island unit in 'Fir Green'. 

First of all, thank you to Nathan for designing the kitchen of our dreams, which wasn't easy working round our requirements and the structural steelwork that was installed during the building of the extension. We really appreciated your guidance and patience. During the numerous meetings and telephone calls you had a way of bringing a calming influence on a stressful situation.

Also, a big big thank you to Matt for your support and advice throughout the entire process and especially for helping us bring everything in on budget and for when the building work was delayed by holding off the delivery of everything and re organising it.

Thank you to the whole team for an exceptional delivery service and for swiftly sorting out a couple of minor niggles for us. Building the extension has been a stressful time but sorting out the kitchen went like clockwork, thanks to Howdens at Swinton.

During this process we've also had cause to meet and deal with staff at the counter and in the warehouse and on every occasion they have been extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. 

It's a very competitive market and on commencing this journey, we compared other companies but found that Howdens were streets ahead particularly with their after sales service. This is priceless. We would whole heartedly recommend the team at Swinton and we will continue to use their services. They are an absolute credit to the company and when awarding stars we would give them eleven out of ten if we could.

Shop staff friendly and efficient, unfortunately had to pay £40 plus vat for delivery and couldn't even get correct day!!

We had our kitchen from Howdens in Swinton and I cannot recommend them enough. Nathan was our designer and he held our hands the whole way through. Nathan could not do enough for us. The quality and finish of the kitchen is amazing. So happy with our dream kitchen.

All the staff are very friendly and in my experience they have made every effort to help me get the kitchen I want and with returns and swapping items were not a problem and so helpfully with information about other products that I may need in the future

New customer for a new kitchen, and I have to say from start to finish howdens we're first class, even when a couple of things went wrong in the middle, they went above and beyond to remedy the situation, and deliver.

Fantastic service from start to finish. From the first call with Nathan, him coming round and listening to what we wanted, showing us his designs, last minute changes from us, right through to delivery and after sales service from the whole team, nothing has been short of exceptional. I really can't recommend highly enough. Absolutely first class.

Well I was amazed yesterday when we contacted Howdens in Swinton.
We had our fitted kitchen done nearly 9 Noe’s ago and the larder fridge has been on its way out for a while.
Knowing it only deals with trade we didn’t think we could purchase our new fridge from them but looking at the new lamona fridge the size as slightly different. My husband rang Howdens for advice and without hesitation the person on the phone said he thought there might be one in stock somewhere he if so he could get us one I a couple of hours. He rang us back about an hour later to tell us he had sourced us one and it would be with us in a couple of hours.
Less than two hours later in was delivered.
Cheaper than what we would have paid from the only firm I could find selling the lamona product.
First class service,can’t praise them enough. If I need another new kitchen it will be off Howdens

Excellent customer service from Howdens, Swinton, South Yorkshire.
I purchased my new kitchen here in 2021 (great customer service then). However one of my kitchen units became faulty. I phoned, spoke to them, and although the units were no longer available, they did their utmost to find me a door successfully. I went the same day, they even put the hinges back on for me, to enable me to just slot the door back in. This fantastic customer service is very rare indeed, and I am extremely grateful, thank you to all the team at Howdens, Swinton, but particularly to the man who put the hinges on for me. This amounts to above and beyond customer service and recognition well deserved!

We only have positives to say about the Howdens Swinton branch, from conception to completion the whole team were exceptional during our re design of the whole kitchen/dining area, a special thanks to Reece for his input in our design, the branch is highly recommend.
