Fantastic customer service from start to finish
We actively shopped around for our new kitchen.
We were so impressed with the attention & overall customer service that we received from Paul at the Wardley branch in Manchester.
He wasn’t pushy & explained everything to help us with our decisions. We gave him a budget & he delivered!!!
We felt confident from start to finish.
So a big shout out to Paul & the Wardley branch .5 ***** highly recommended.
Also My kitchen is a the bridgemere , it is top quality so solid & just simply beautiful .

Wardley howdens. Absolutely brilliant experience every time we have used this team. Paul has always looked after us so well and gone over and above to ensure we get exactly what we need. We have had a couple of kitchens from him for different things and he has worked to our budget and always been open and honest from a price perspective, which is greatly appreciated.
Would definitely recommend the Wardley team for your next project. Their attention to detail and delivery is top notch!

Credit where credit is due
We started our journey by visiting Howden‘s Wardley in November 2024 as our kitchen fitter was due to start work in January 2025. We were met by Paul and straightaway he put us at our ease. He understood that we were inexperienced in choosing kitchens and did everything he could to help us without any sales pressure. He was with us every step of the way and then Alan came to measure up and he was as helpful and customer focused as Paul. We found all the staff at Wardley very friendly and welcoming, even though they were busy. A very customer focused team that put us first and delivered on time and within budget, thank you to everyone.

Lots of thanks go to Paul at Howdens
Lots of thanks go to Paul at Howdens, Wardley for going above and beyond our expectations. He guided us through the design stage and organising the fitting which all went very smooth with excellent communication throughout. His knowledge of the products available and assistance in the layout made the choosing and installation of the new kitchen stress free. We feel that we have now got a good quality kitchen and at a very good price. He never attempted trying to sell us anything that we didn’t need and there wasn’t any kind of sales pressure whatsoever. We would definitely deal with Paul again and have recommended using him to friends and family who have commented on the finished product.

5 star Service! Exceptional Staff!
This place has the kind of service you’d expect to get in a 5 star restaurant. From the minute I stepped in the door Paul couldn’t do enough to help me. I had a modest budget but I feel like I got so much more than I expected. The whole thing was seem-less and I’ve spoken to him on a few occasions for help and advice and he’s been exceptional. The whole team there are great people. I would recommend using Howdens time and time again after my experience with them. And my kitchen is amazing. Thanks guys.

New Kitchen install
Excellent communication from survey stage through to delivery of Kitchen.
One issue was dealt with swiftly and returned a couple of items at the end with no issues. Alan was the sales and designer who assisted my customer.
1st time using this depot due to job location and found to be first class.
