Howdens in Woking supplied my new kitchen. At every stage they were brilliant. Ellie the kitchen designer was outstanding. She provided me with design ideas, colours and flooring. From a simple brief she provided drawings and designs that I would never have come up with. I chose Howdens above other outlets as they provided quality units that came pre-built at highly competitive prices.
Prior to having my kitchen fitted i decided to go for tall cupboards in the kitchen. This change wasn't a problem for the team. They updated my drawings and adjusted my order at short notice.
I would highly recommend Howdens to anyone thinking of changing their kitchen. It has made what was initially a daunting prospect into a straight forward process. I am really happy with my new kitchen so thank you to the Howdens team.

We used Howdens for our new utility room. Through the design phase to snagging post-instal the service from Howdens has been exceptional. Before going to Howdens through our builder we had been through the design process with a few of the popular high street names and found that part of the process very comparable. We were able to make changes to the design even after delivery of the units and hardware, there were last minute changes to our remodel and Howdens were able to adjust seamlessly. The various tradespeople who have been involved with the project have all commented on the good quality of the units. When we needed an additional piece of trim urgently the teams were able to liaise between offices so I could pick up within the hour. Every staff member I have interacted with has been very friendly even when trying to sort things with two small toddlers in tow. The quick communication and response has been second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend Howdens and will certainly look to use them again for the next big project, the kitchen! A special mention to Charlie at Woking branch, I look forward to working with you again - thank you for everything.

Can't fault the service we have received from Howdens in Woking. From the very first visit, to the planning meeting, the home visit, finalising the plans and negotiating the price, Charlie Cooper has been outstanding. Friendly, knowledgeable and endlessly patient as we changed our minds, Charlie kept in regular touch and guided us through the whole process. The kitchen turned up as planned, with nothing missing and despite choosing from their mid range is of the highest quality. We are delighted.

My experience with Howdens, Woking was all positive, staff are very helpful and knowledgable from planning to delivery of a new kitchen. Charlie, kitchen designer is very attentive, patient and steers you through the whole process with ease. He understands your needs and advises with honesty fitting your budget and taste.

The kitchens themselves look good in situ and the builder was happy to fit giving me a sturdy, timeless kitchen that performs. They give you the scope to create whatever you want and highly recommend.

The service from howdens woking is fantastic , the staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and always to hand with any queries iv had in the past . I only use this branch because they are the best in town.. especially Sharon and the warehouse staff..

Efficient ordering and delivery….life made simple!

Bought a kitchen from the Woking - goldsworth park branch. Very happy with the service we received from Charlie. Happy to assist with various requests throughout the process and produced a design that went beyond what other kitchen providers could do. I particularly appreciate the price matching from competitors on units and against appliance prices online.
From what I understand extra bits were ordered and delivered promptly and a refund was issued for extras without issue.
One improvement would be the collection process. Collection of extra bits didn’t turn up on the specified days and I needed to chase. But Charlie was helpful and made sure they got collected as soon as I raised it.

Bought a kitchen from the Woking branch of Howdens in October 2025 and overall were very impressed with their level of service.

Charlie was great to deal with but both he and the Steve the manager went above and beyond in helping us resolve the various issues we happened to have, even though they weren’t directly responsible for any of them. Some issues were minor and got fixed straight away. Other problems needed more effort on their part but they were positive and constructive throughout.

Firstly Charlie Cooper was excellent, he got to know what we wanted, showed us suitable products and made helpful suggestions. A very good deal was negotiated on a display range.

After sales communication was excellent.

The kitchen cupboards etc were excellent quality, and the whole result is all we hoped for.

I would like to say a big happy new year to Woking Howdens for such an excellent service for 2025. Staff have been amazing, all new staff that have been brought are a credit to the company and staff who stayed are also a credit to the company. A very special and helpful team. Would recommend to anyone. As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted with a smile and a decent coffee 👌

Steve the new branch manager at Woking Howdens and his staff have been absolutely outstanding throughout our house renovation. Over the last 3 months, the team have always gone above and beyond to offer really valuable advice and recommendations for our project, ensure deliveries arrive on time and in full, and that any snagging is resolved on the same day. Paresh in particular helped us design a beautiful kitchen & utility and Sharon has helped us considerably with the rest of our house renovation (carpentry & fixings). It's been a pleasure working with Howden's Woking, Steve has made the showroom a very enjoyable place to visit which has helped take a lot of the stress out of our decision making. Other showrooms should take note, A** customer service and highly recommended.

Had my Howdens kitchen designed by Charlie Cooper, Woking branch. He listened and met my brief exactly. I didn’t make any alterations. Everything happened quickly and I was impressed that he collaborated with my builder and confirmed by text the time my units were going to arrive. Exemplary service. I’m very happy with the final result.
