What a great customer buying experience, the products were first class, the service absolutely on the ball. But the shining light in the whole process, was the staff. Absolutely top dollar, nothing was too much and the standard of professionalism was first class. Jim the designer was great. He is supported by good products, design tools and good contacts for fitters. He made the experience easy and the outcome successful. (Including our multiple visits and changes). In fact he rescued us from a bad situation to a great kitchen. The recommended fitters were no more expensive than elsewhere but are top notch.

We had visited several well known designers and suppliers prior to Howdens.

My recommendation is that even if you find can save a few quid on units elsewhere, don't!

Just had our Howdens kitchen fitted, it's stunning! Many thanks to Jim, Howdens kitchen designer for all is help, guidance and innovation. Jim listen patiently to our ideas and was able to come up with an excellent design. We had several planning meetings, on site & in Howdens, Jim produced various images which enabled us to visualize the finish look, so we felt very confident about our final design. Not only are the products of high quality they are also very flexible, due to the custom fit our carpenters had on going contact with Howdens. The company always quickly responded to any of the changes we had to make thus enabling the fitters to do a excellent job.
I would thoroughly recommend Howdens, we have a beautiful kitchen to prove what an excellent company they are, special thanks to Jim for accommodating our very complicated design.

Ryan dealt with our kitchen design and he was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and gave excellent advice and guidance. His planning and ideas were great, he listened to our needs and made sure we could create our dream kitchen. At no time did we feel rushed or pressured to make a decision, Ryan made the whole experience a pleasure.
