Initially made a supplement order to help me during recovery but because the order was high in value they threw samples in for me too which is very generous, fortunately I was lucky to get a sample that tasted unreal the chiquita banana and strawberry applied nutrition powder. Would 100% recommend this seller to anyone in need of supps as delivery is rapid, I made an order for the powder on Monday night and received Wednesday morning.

Ich habe Magnesiumbisglycinat bestellt und eine Kapsel war verunreinigt. Es sah aus wie Dreck oder ein Insekt. Der Kundenservice hat schnell reagiert. Jedoch wurde mir durch Auflistung der Zertifikate deutlich mitgeteilt, dass beim Produzieren so etwas nicht passieren kann und mir es wohl passiert ist. Der Kaufpreis für das eine Produkt wurde mir erstattet, jedoch auf den Wunsch mir den kompletten Kaufpreis, für die anderen Produkte zu erstatten, wurde gekonnt verneint. Das ich mich davor Ekel und die Produkte nicht mehr nehmen möchte interessiert keinen. Kundenservice reagiert schnell, jedoch nur zum Vorteil der Firma. Traurig gerade weil ich über 100 € bestellt habe und ich die anderen Produkte nicht nehmen kann. Nur weil es mehrere Zertifikate gibt, heißt es nicht, dass auch sauber produziert wird.

Had an issue with an order and contacted HP on their website, email and instagram but have not received a response in over a week. Very poor customer service and impossible to get in contact with.

Have been purchasing items regularly and always received excellent service and lightening delivery no issues. I did have a concern recently and I must say they were back to me instantly and everything was sorted. My order also arrived with an extra treat as a thank you. Because the courier has not officially declared the parcel "lost," their system still shows it as active in the queue. While we expect it to be delivered, we cannot currently confirm a specific timeframe for when that will happen, as the parcel is still technically in the courier's network. I truly understand that this doesn't solve your immediate need for your supplements.

We have two ways we can proceed to get this resolved for you today:

Option 1 (Fastest): You can place a new order today using DPD Premium Shipping (1–2 working days). If you do this, I will personally ensure complimentary shakers and samples are added to your package, and I will refund the shipping fee on this new order for you. When the original An Post parcel eventually arrives, simply refuse the delivery so it returns to us for a full refund.

Option 2 (Refund): If you would prefer not to wait any longer and don't want to place a new order, you can simply refuse the current An Post delivery when it arrives. Once the tracking shows it is being returned to our warehouse, we will issue a full refund for the order.

I realize it is never ideal to have to place a second order while waiting for an original to arrive, and I am sorry that our current options aren't more seamless. We simply want to ensure you aren't left without your products any longer.

Great service from HP Nutrition. I ordered 2 24-can packs of Monster Energy yesterday and they arrived today, which is seriously fast delivery. Everything was well packaged and exactly as ordered. Prices were good too. Definitely ordering again 👍

The company sent me wrong items and more than half of the items are missing Order ID #300947850 I tried to contact them by mail they haven't replied for more than 36 hrs

I ordered a product that arrived, outer packaging was all good and in tact, when I opened it up, the product was in the box, seals broken and the lid cracked.
I contacted the company and they said it usually happens in transit, (but the outer packet was 100%) so they offered a refund if I take time out of my day to send it back or if I keep faulty product I get 20% off, when all this could have been avoided if they checked the product before they sent it, when really it is just fit for the bin.

I'm writing to share my disappointing experience with a product I purchased from a company based in Delhi. I ordered a Fat Loss Kit, and the representatives I dealt with were Harsh and Monika.
Initially, I started taking the product, but within a day, I experienced severe health issues, including heart palpitations. I consulted a doctor, who advised me to stop taking the product immediately, citing potential heart risks.
As per their return policy, I reached out to Harsh and Monika to report the issue and request a refund. However, they refused to take back the product, and instead, directed me to speak with their head, Kajal. Kajal initially agreed to look into the matter but failed to follow up, and subsequently stopped responding to my calls.
Despite multiple attempts to contact the Delhi branch, I've been met with silence. I've lost ₹5000 and endured significant distress due to their unresponsive customer service.I urge others to exercise caution and avoid purchasing from this company, as their return policy seems to be misleading, and their customer support is unresponsive

I accidentally entered the wrong address when placing my order. I emailed customer service, and they updated it very quickly. Excellent service!

I have never dealt with a company as unprofessional and frustrating as this one. I placed an order, paid extra for express delivery, and they still managed to send the wrong products. What followed was over a week of confusion, excuses, and complete lack of accountability.

Instead of fixing their mistake quickly, they made the process unnecessarily difficult — refusing to collect the wrong items at a reasonable time and insisting that I handle the return myself. Their so-called “customer service” hides behind courier policies instead of actually helping their customers.

This experience has been exhausting, time-consuming, and deeply disappointing.
I will never order from this company again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before doing business with them. There are plenty of other companies in Ireland that actually respect their customers and understand what good service means.

I can see from the other reviews that a few people already had the same problem like me I ordered protein powder for 50€ that tasted and smelled DISGUSTING!!!
It smelled like burned plastic or acid nothing like the products that I bought before from them so looks like they are trying to scam us by selling bad and faulty products and they offer no help or refund or exchange for the products that are bad!!!
Terrible experience avoid them at all cost.
