Recently purchased the GSHOCK B2100 Black IP Bracelet. Great timepiece with the functions I need. I paired it with the CASIO APP which made setting it up a breeze. Got a discount code which was very nice and paid £4.95 for next day delivery. Must commend the couriers "DX" who were bang on time and the guy made sure he got the pic of me receiving the item, very professional. Highly rate and recommend.

Bought a watch as a gift from Surrey Quays branch but unfortunately had not estimated the size of the metal strap correctly (it was a gift so a bit of guesswork was involved). Bexleyheath branch were more than happy to adjust the strap free of charge with the recipient. Staff at both branches were very friendly and helpful.

Great customer service and great prices

I had a new battery put in my husband's watch, which unfortunately hadn't been fitted correctly, because the watch keeps stopping and starting.

I also purchased a new watch for myself. The sales lady didn't really seem enthusiastic to help me choose one, didn't make any suggestions, and just stood there in silence while I felt pressurised to pick one out quickly. It would have been nice if she had got some out for me to try.

I will have to return back to query battery change.

Ladies in the store where very helpful got my items and made sure we were happy with them and put them in there boxes. The ladies where very helpful and polite we even went back again a couple off days later to get a watch for my son.

The staff were helpful, polite and friendly.
