Today we went in to h samuels bridgwater somerset as we have over the last 25yrs to get my wife her 25th wedding anniversary present we spoke to Paul and his lovely team who are amazing Paul showed us a diamond ring which looked amazing he has helped us for 25 yrs of expert choice I do not know what we we do with out him and his team in our town thank you again for all your help see you again soon

Despite being almost closing time
Despite being almost closing time, Bridgwater store remained open whilst we were there. The gentleman and lady were ever so helpful and friendly.
They are to be commended. The ring quality is superb, it was a 10 year anniversary gift to my wife.
Thank you Samuels online and Bridgwater, you have gained a regular customer.

Rude manager
Poor customer service in store. Store manager was quite rude started serving me then when he realised it was a click and collect he lost interest and passed my custom onto a sales assistant who was very helpful and polite

Miss sold
In the pictures and other reviews of the same product it say that it's a chunky chain and in no way is it chunky. After I rang Bridgwater store and ask could it be returned or exchanged to be told that it could be not be returned as was a internet order via clear pay and that it could be changed. When got to the store and spoke to a gentle man behind the counter got told it could not be exchanged or returned and had to send it back my self. Such a poor experience with it all won't be ordering again
