We came to get my ears pierced and it was a very easy , smooth process. The staff were lovely , Escpecially Mia , who did the piercing !🤩☺️🤩☺️

In store service is wonderful but customer service is not.
In store service is wonderful. Jane was outstanding and it’s only due to her service and personality that I continued my order with Samuels. Customer service on the phone was awful and my order was cancelled without consulting me. However Jane arranged for a replacement order to be made and sorted out resizing the ring so I still got what I wanted.

Such a lovely shopping experience
Such a lovely shopping experience, went in to buy a gold necklace or chain with my birthday money, after waiting for retail stores to re open after lock-down.
The choice and service was so good I bought two chains.
