Above and beyond
Both Heidi and Fern went above and beyond to help. When my ring was returned and I was informed it was unfixable, they helped me sort a replacement. When Fern could see I was getting upset about the prospect of having to replace my engagement ring with a complete alternate, as mine is not longer manufactured, she kept me calm and distracted and assured me she wouldn't rest until I was happy. After a couple of visits she found the perfect fit and I now love it more than the original. Thank you again ladies, you both did a brilliant job!
