Send out used items
Bought many items from H Samuel but their recent questioning of why I had returned some items (all totally unused and in pristine condition - a mere fraction of what I'd bought) was enough for me to end my patronage with them. They must be doing really well if they can afford to lose good customers such as me. They should be thanking me for all the items I have bought and kept ! PS. Read the customer feedback on their website - the biggest complaint by far being that they send people items that have clearly already been used by previous customers. Somewhat hypocritical of them questioning why I returned pristine items when it is obvious they are guilty of sending out scuffed/ marked/dirty/incomplete items to customers. The words 'shooting/ self/ foot' spring readily to mind.

In store purchase of ladies watch
I went in to purchase a new ladies watch for myself. Very friendly service from the lovely lady who served me. She altered the strap twice until I was happy with the fit. Even better that when I went to pay I realised the watch had 50% off.

Still Waiting
I ordered my item 11 days ago was told it would be there in 6 days went to collect after 7 days had not arrived was told I would get a text to advise when would be able to collect still waiting for text and item but I had to pay for it 11 days ago don’t think that this is good customer service.
