Excellent service, I felt I was receiving genuine help to select the best piece to suit my needs. Based on this experience I would go back to the Ealing Broadway branch in West London.
Had a watch battery changed for a child’s watch. It took just ten minutes, Staff were helpful and efficient and the price was half of another chain I had contacted.

Bad service at the Ealing store of H Samuel
I went into the Ealing Store on Saturday 18 December 2021 to enquire about a battery being replaced in a Rotary watch. The assistant who dealt with me advised that it would be necessary to send the watch away. He was clearly determined to be unhelpful as when I said that this would not be a problem, he replied that they were not accepting watches for any kind of servicing before Christmas. The person concerned clearly resents his job
