More or less destroyed my wedding ring,all I wanted was it replated.this was a yellow gold ring with a hammered white gold outer ring.It came back and they plated the full ring white gold and polished out the hammered design,I was shocked when I saw it.they did try to return it back to what it was however as per an independent jewelry store they weakened the ring by doing this.The customer service is horrendous I am glad I will never use this shop again.

Amy in EK H.Samuel was most helpful when i asked about replacing my son's GShock battery...she had the watch sent away to Casio and it was returned a week later.. excellent customer service and always service with a smile...all staff are very welcoming in EK store and would recommend a visit if you sre looking for any advice on jewelry

If there's one thing you can't beat it's good service, Amy at the ek store is a prime example of a fantastic employee. Her attitude in-store and over the phone is really hard to come by these days, with a happy to help demeanour and gave a nice personal touch with remembering me as a customer and what I had ordered.An absolute credit to your business you'd be crazy to ever let go! People like this deserve this recognition and rewards 10/10

Purchased earrings in the store. 2 ladies working and no real enthusiasm.or great customer service shown Considering I was the only customer in store . These were a gift for so.eone and I had to ask for a gift bag. It wasn't offered. When I got home the gift bag was old and stained and as I lifted the earring box out the bottom fell from it. Considering what I paid for the earrings the packaging was disgraceful
