H. Samuel Buchanan Galleries has the best customer service.
I was assisted by a wonderful lady. I was looking at wrist watches for men and she made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. She took the watches out of the cabinets and let me have a closer look at them. She clarified about their features and I could easily make my choice. I would definitely recommend this outlet to anyone who's looking for topnotch products and wonderful customer service. Thank you H.Samuel Buchanan Galleries for making my shopping experience a memorable one. 🙂🙂

The staff in store were amazing very polite the girl Stefanie that helped me answered all my questions even though I had loads and was constantly going over and asking for help. Would definitely recommend this store to any one looking buy from

Inexperienced staff in store
Collected my Seiko king samurai from the store, watch looked great, asked for some links to be taken out, after 15 mins it was complete. Wore it to work the following day and the metal strap came apart and the watch landed on the ground, I was fuming(watch now has marks on it) , it turns out that the woman who adjusted my strap had left the little collar out meaning the pin could easily slide out, the female clearly didn't know what she was doing when making the adjustment, very poor service and a very unhappy customer, watch 10/10, service 0/10.
