The staff were so helpful Lauren showed me beautiful earrings which I picked then Jessica and dean helped me pay while talking to me all the time so lovely to go into a shop and staff are willing to take the time to give you great customer service I will come again

Popped into H Samuel. Argyle St, Glasgow yesterday. Bought an Angel Whisperer pendant as a gift last month and ordered two additional spheres to insert. When arrived i was not sure they were the right size. Unfortnately the shop did not have the exact pendant in store and information on sizing on website product info unavailable. Toni was exceptionally helpful and another lady whose name I did not get (apologies). I had a lunch appointment and was unable to wait. They found out where original pendant was available and phoned them to ask them to check sizes and called me back with the information I needed. Excellent customer service so thanks to them both.

Greeted promptly and informed of all of the covid 19 guidelines to adhere to - prices on products where clear and the sale was fantastic. Staff quick to help and to remove/add links if needed.

The young man took his time with me, never once did I feel as I was taking to long to decide. He also told me that there was an offer on (which was even better but not for my husband's card) excellent service 5stars.
